James Carville: Obama should ‘panic’

Democratic strategist James Carville has just one word of advice for President Barack Obama: panic.
In a CNN op-ed, Carville said Tuesday’s two special election results are a warning to the White House – and a sign the president must make drastic changes now to stave off the Republican momentum.
It’s time to panic, he wrote.
“People often ask me what advice I would give the White House about various things,” Carville wrote on Wednesday. “Today I was mulling over election results from New York and Nevada while thinking about that very question. What should the White House do now? One word came to mind: Panic.”
Carville said Democrats are “past sending out talking points” and said he would tell the president, “The time has come to demand a plan of action that requires a complete change from the direction you are headed.”
Carville’s advice: “Fire. Indict. Fight.”
Obama must fire someone – “No – fire a lot of people” — because the current team is just not working, Carville wrote.

It is understandable that Jim would publicly promote the notion that Obama is getting bad advice, as the reason for his failure.
Why are conservatives so reluctant to simply assign bad motives to Obama?

Carville may be a looney tune but he knows a thing or two of getting democrat politicians back in good graces. Lie, but lie effectively. But baraq is a special case. He won’t listen to anyone because he is the ONE. If baraq replaces anyone, it will be with people who are even more strident marxist than the previous ones. He is an african dictator at heart and will not change his mind.
carville is trying to push a rope. won’t work.
Obama is panicking the only way he knows how. He has retreated to his basic capability, and that is campaigning. And he’s doing it at colleges, where he can bask in the naive adoration that the kids slather on him.
We all knew this point would come, where all the tired Marxian ideas collapse. The qustion is whether we can keep from falling completely appart as this rolls into a depression.
