Is President Barack Obama on the verge of being attacked by a bunny wabbit?
Absolutely.
All the signs suggest that Obama is in immediate danger of a rabbit attack. It would ruin what's left of his presidency. And it would horrify Democrats by ushering in, say, a President Bachmann.
It might happen while he's on that ridiculous vacation of his. Obama is chilling at some exclusive multimillion-dollar estate on Martha's Vineyard, even as thousands more Americans hit the unemployment lines, and as Republicans like Michele Bachmann make wild-eyed, crazed claims about bringing back $2 per gallon gas.
"I think it's a little too early yet for the president to be attacked by a rabbit," cautioned a veteran Chicago Democrat wise in the ways of Obama. "But it's close. Real close."
Anyone who thinks Obama is safe from a rabbit attack has forgotten what happened to President Jimmy Carter In 1979. Carter was attacked by a swimming rabbit, and the subsequent "Killer Rabbit" stories helped destroy his presidency. It led to the election of Republican Ronald Reagan in a landslide and an unprecedented economic revival.
There are eerie similarities.

There's a pretty good summary of Jimmah's harrowing attack in the original article ... and it does appear likely that the Wee Wee's will faces a similar shark-jumping event sometime in the near future.
I think a little girl will try to attack him when he takes her bike by accident. Headline: "Obama fends off attack by 6 year old girl after taking her bike"
I have to say that despite being an egomaniacal fascist, Putin at least puts forward that tough guy routine real well. He, of course, has the Russian media in his pocket, but Obama does as well. So how does he manage not to whitewash something like a killer rabbit incident if the media is complicit?
Also, why is it that the leftists are always these limp-wristed weenies while Conservatives tend to be rough and tumble sort of guys (Reagan rode horses, Bush 41 skydives, GW tends his ranch, etc.) that portray Americans as strong.
He and his Progressives are clueless that it is not a created movement but a spontaneous reaction to the overreach of government. He doesn't understand how many voters are alienated by the non-apology.
Another is denying his responsibility for the Credit Downgrade. He promised if the bill passed there would be no such downgrade.
That's two bugs rabbit moments.
I was actually attacked by a killer squirrel. A snarling angry squirrel. Scared the hell out of me because I thought it had rabies. Luckily I didn’t get bitten but it was close.
I don’t want to completely defend Obama, but is he really as bad as President Carter. Thankfully I was not alive during that era. However, there was gas lines, high interest rates, Iran hostage crisis, high unemployment, among other embarassments. President Obama doesn’t lack deficiencies, but it seems like it was unnecessarily painful to live during the Carter years.
Yes. The press still tends to say that most people don't like his policies, and most people think the country is going in the wrong diection, but ....
"most people still really like the president as a person".
I don't think that true, and I think it will become more apparent before the year is out. To the people, and to him.
Killer Arugula?
Here I come! I’m a rabbit, I’m HUGE, and I eat muslim fakers for lunch!!!!
Bye-bye, Soebarkah!!!!
There was much more to it than that. Let me count just a few from memory:
Panama Canal give away
Mexican Border redrawn
November 7, 1979, the U.S. Embassy in Iran was seized by Muslim terrorists and our President did nothing in response
Desert One debacle
Interest rates above 15%
Need I go on?
On Martha's Vineyard....a sand crab.
How can you not like somebody “personally” when he takes a family vacation on a $50,000 per week farm or he does a 40 caravan “white like me” tour through fly-over country...while the nation wallows in misery?
Thats a fair question and I think a good one. I think Obama is worse due to the long term consequences of Obamacare. Maybe you should start a thread with that question?
Send him to Martha’s vinyard, please.........
The rabbit story had little to do with the Gipper’s win.
Jimmah Cahtah did it to himself.
Check out what he has just done to effectively grant administrative amnesty for illegals through new DHS regulations. He is even offering the possibility of work permits for illegals who will no longer be deported. He couldn't get it through Congress so he uses executive fiat instead.
That’s not a canoe like the writer claims; it’s a John boat.
