Romney and ObamAA+ must be shaking in their boots now. I think once Romney drops out Palin will come on. I think that’s the reason why Perry’s in now. He’s to rid the primaries of Romney.
If Willard Romney mimicked Huckabee’s So-Con stuff and had Texas bravado, he’s be Rick Perry.
I am very interested to see if and how Perry is going to go after Mittens. No one at the debate was hitting that fool. I really hope Perry does.

His web site states “A true conservative, Rick Perry is the only Texas governor since WWII to cut general revenue spending. He signed historic tax cuts and some of the strongest lawsuit reforms in the country. Since June ‘09, more than 40 percent of all net new jobs in America have been created in Texas.”

He is hitting Obama pretty hard and standing up for right to work.
Right now, my candidate is Jim DeMint, and with a virtual tie for second between Perry, and and Palin. Problem is the attack dogs from the Palin crowd have gotten so vicious that I think I may be trending toward Perry.
Not sure Gov Perry has much standing on border control, however.
That may be his Achilles’ heel, where Romneycare is Mitt’s.

We had high hopes for another "tough talking Texas Conservative" not too long ago.
I’m watching, but like Reagan and Bush Jr., he supports Amnesty.
Just announced. I want him to sign a “no path to legal status for illegal aliens” pledge and that he will push for the Sensenbrenner Immigration Reform Bill. His record of giving in-state tuition for illegal aliens needs to be addressed as a mistake.
I’m delighted at this news. Unlike many people here, I don’t hate Mitt Romney, but also recognize that far too many conservatives would not support him. In order to beat Obama and begin to roll back the damage O has done, we need every possible person on the political Right to join together next year. I think more of us can unite behind Perry than any other candidate at this point.
