Detailed technical analysis of the PDF file the White House released April 27 indicates it is not a scan of the original document, as claimed by the White House, but instead is the final form of an electronic file used to forge the birth certificate on Adobe software, according to reports by experts.
Failure to demonstrate how a simple computer scan can produce the effects observed in the Obama birth certificate PDF lends support to arguments that the Obama birth certificate is a forgery, the experts contend.
OBOTs jump to defend Obama birth certificate
The radical Obama supporters known as OBOTs have repeatedly asserted that experts cited by WND have ignored evidence that the effects observed in the White House-released PDF can be explained by utilizing various tools, such as running Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software and by optimizing the PDF.
Frank Arduini, an OBOT who works at CareFusion and frequently posts argumentative pro-Obama comments on WND forums, made the charge in a recent WND-published article, as seen in Exhibit 1.
Exhibit 1: OBOT poster accuses WND of ignoring evidence
Arduini's LinkedIn.com profile lists him as an IT Business Partner at the health industries company CareFusion, headquartered in San Diego.

It grants to Congress the power to enforce legislation, including Constitutional requirements. Article II should be enforced by the same Federal Authority which enforces all the other constitutional provisions. That it has not been is no proof of it's impotence. It is proof of incompetence.
There is no such thing as a federal birth certificate and birth certificates are the means to determine birth place and birth date in order to fulfill two of the three Article II, Section 1 requirements (along with 14 years residence in the US).
Except for the fact that states will issue replacement (fake) birth certificates with the same accepted legitimacy as real ones. That is the circle you cannot square. REAL PROOF is required, not attestations by officials who may or may not be telling the truth.
If I wanted to run against Zero, I would be using a short form birth certificate issued by my birth county. I might search for my original long form but I have no idea where it is. Every US Passport that I have ever been issued was acquired using the County short form.
Vetting the President is sufficient justification for motivating government officials from their slumbering lethargy enough to produce his accurate documents. Your passport is of a lesser concern to the nation than is who is our leader.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. The Tenth Amendment
Yup, i'm quite familiar with it. Probably the most violated of all our constitutional rights. However, it does not trump the vetting of a Presidential candidates qualifications.
And right now your conspiracy theory requires that people believe in a "Conspiracy" rather than that state officials are hiding information behind state privacy laws.
You can try to sell this crap elsewhere. *I* am adopted. *I* have a lying birth certificate. *I* KNOW that the state will issue false documents that have the same legal weight as original ones. Why must you persist in this facade of arguing the point?
Till Hawaii assures everyone with some sort of unambiguous and legally binding statement, why shouldn't we treat them as suspect? We already KNOW states issue new (fake) birth certificates to adopted children. Why must we tolerate such nonsense when it can be straightened out by letting sunlight in?
By the way, it's not a "conspiracy" when it is done legally through official state processes.
Yes, this is what I regard as a plausible theory as well. In 1960, when a woman was pregnant out of wedlock, they would often send her to live with a relative. Apparently both Uncle Ralph and Aunt Eleanor lived in Northwest Washington state. Aunt Eleanor was listed as having lived in Blaine and Bellingham (which is right on the border with Canada, where the nearest hospital was.) but I do not know if this was in 1960 or not. Aunt Eleanor was living in Newfoundland Canada in 1959 as can be determined by the graves of her two sons.
Can you Imagine picking up the wife after she's in the Hospital for a week, half asleep and full of stitches, and taking her directly to the Airport and dropping her off with a crying new born infant and a bag? Even a moron from Kenya wouldn't do that. I'm laughing just picturing this. I think either of my wives would have picked up a rock and hit me in the head with it!
It makes a lot of sense for Stanley Ann to already be in Washington during the birth than it does that she would leave Hawaii and immediately fly to Washington. However, there is a piece of evidence which seems to support the "official" story. In Barack Obama Sr's immigration files there is a reference to a letter from an official mentioning that Stanley Ann was going to Washington state to go to school, and this letter was dated a few months before Barry was born. It does not PROVE Stanley Ann was in Hawaii, and left for Washington, but it makes it seem more likely.
Anyway, I haven't ruled out Canadian birth or other sorts of hanky panky regarding his origins.
Very interesting. Like I said before, the Constitution requires PROOF. If a birth certificate cannot constitute PROOF, it is irrelevant.
I recall reading an article regarding birth certificate fraud in Hawaii as having been a rampant problem since the territory became a state. The article basically said a sort of "birth certificate factory" existed as a long going concern since Hawaii became a state. Officials were apparently being bribed to allow foreign born people to claim Hawaiian birth for the purpose of receiving the benefits of American citizenship.
I suspect that Hawaii's lenient birth certificate laws are not mistakes but are perhaps intentional.
Pointing out that others believe a conspiracy theory is not itself a conspiracy theory.
And who might that officer have been? For which department did he work? What was his rank?
You have alleged the efforts of anyone attempting to determine the validity or invalidity of Obama's Hawaiian birth certificate is explained as a group of birthers conspiring in the pursuit of a fantasy conspiracy theory. Do you attempt to explain the questioning of the validity of Obama's birth certificate as the result of a plot common to a group of conspirators? Yes, you accuse birthers of conspiring with each other to find his birth certificate to be invalid. It appears, therefore, that you have your own conspiracy theory to explain why other people conspire to discover evidence of the validity or invalidity of Obama's birth certificate and eligibility to serve in the Office of the President. Congratulations, you are a conspiracy theory proponent.
Liquor Investigator Describes Rampant Corruption, Bribery: Investigators Given Hundreds Of Dollars In Bribes Each Night; Keoki Kerr, KITV 4 News Reporter

Tired birther crock.
He was Leiutenant Quarles Harris, Jr., born 7 March 1983, died 18 April 2008, SSN 578-11-2856 (go here and put it in). His first name, not a rank in anything, misspelled or not, was Leiutenant
. He was not a lieutenant in any police force or military organization. He was a small-time identity thief who was using information fed to him by accomplices in the State Department to apply for fraudulent credit cards. He did not work for John Brennan's company and had no connection to the Obama passport snooping case.
Harris had been arrested the month before and was found in possession of 21 credit cards not his own, copies of eight passport applications not his own, and some grass (the excuse for the search). See MPD Officer William A. Smith's complaint. After his arrest, Harris reportedly agreed to cooperate in the investigation. It's likely his accomplices neutralized him for that reason.
Uh, no, I never proposed a "plot" by birthers. I never suggested a bunch of people got together in secret to plan how to make people doubt the birth certificate. People believe lots of stuff--often lots of people believe the same stuff--without anyone conspiring to make them do it.
What birthers believe happened, however, does require a bunch of people getting together in secret to plot something. That's what makes it a conspiracy theory. (Note that conspiracy theories are not necessarily wrong.) My point was that how large that group is, and how competent they are, varies wildly depending on the theory's need at the time.
No, it was not “tired birther crock.” It was very poor and ambiguous news reporting by the MSM (MainStream Media), who carelessly reported the story to give the false impression the “Lt.” represented a police investigator’s rank instead of the name of a civilian witness and suspect.
The connection to Brennan is problematical only to the extent of which it was indirect to the contractor’s employees in the State Department. The questionis what Lt. Harris was going to testify about with respect to his co-conspirators in the State Department? Were the co-conspirators employees of Brennan’s company or targets of Brennan’s private investigations?

Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot
By The Washington Times Saturday, April 19, 2008
[

The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agencys top ranks.
One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.
Thousands of posts on this subject and your even more ignorant than when you started. Article II Section 1 says....
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
The eligibility requirements of a Natural Born Citizen are that they be at least 35 years old and 14 years a resident.
Except when it isn't true and is used to denigrate people who only want to know what is the truth. It is NOT a conspiracy when State officials create new birth certificates for Adopted children. Yes, state officials are attesting to false information, but because it is legal and part of the normal process for protecting adopted children, it is NOT a "conspiracy." Calling it one only serves the purpose of political propaganda.
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
The eligibility requirements of a Natural Born Citizen are that they be at least 35 years old and 14 years a resident.
No you moron, that is the requirement for eligibility for PRESIDENT, not the requirement to be a "natural born citizen." That you should even post such a thing indicates you are in way above your knowledge and competency level. Realizing that this is your level of understanding I could kick myself for wasting a single minute discussing this issue with you.
“It is clear that the law, as written and as interpreted, means that of citizens - only naturalized citizens (and natural born citizens who didn't meet the residency requirements) are excluded. Clearly that has meaning - to all but the deliberately obtuse.”
You said that there were no residency requirements for a Natural Born citizen (to be President in context)”NONE” you insisted - you were wrong. You remain wrong.
The passage has meaning. Naturalized citizens and natural born citizens who do not meet the age and residency requirements are excluded. The passage is not meaningless. Your objection is meaningless.
You seem to think there is only ONE requirement to be a natural born citizen - citizen parents - others think there are two requirements to be a natural born citizen - citizen parents and born in country. I think there is only one requirement to being natural born (which isn't the same at all as eligibility for the Presidency - there being age and residency requirements) - being recognized as a citizen under U.S. law at birth.
That is the current reading of the law and that is why no legal scholar worth their nitrous oxide thinks there is any “there” there.
But my point is that having an opinion different than the popular one - the one that BECAME popular after the election in 2008 as a mechanism for getting rid of the guy (a worthy goal) - is not somehow treasonous.
What is idiotic is still insisting that anybody influential in the conservative movement who refuses to sign on to the madness is somehow a moron, dupe or traitor.
That is just loony toones territory. But that should look familiar to you and your fake photos and analysis of who is “really” the father of the big zero - as if it made the slightest bit of difference.
True, but I didn't think that was what you thought happened here. I thought you still held the opinion that the LFBC released was a forgery digitally pieced together from multiple sources. Creating that and getting state officials to back it would certainly require a conspiracy. If you're saying the LFBC is an official state document that reflects false information only because it's protecting an adopted child--well, that's different.
The only meds I take are eye drops, and my computer does a fine job of reminding me to take them. But thanks for your concern.
I didn't reply to your first post to me in this topic because I have a policy of not engaging with people on line who don't talk sense. I'm sorry I later decided to make an exception.
