Obama birth doc 'not scan of an original'
WND ^ | August 03, 2011 | Jerome R. Corsi

Posted on 08/02/2011 4:21:47 PM PDT by RobinMasters

Detailed technical analysis of the PDF file the White House released April 27 indicates it is not a scan of the original document, as claimed by the White House, but instead is the final form of an electronic file used to forge the birth certificate on Adobe software, according to reports by experts.

Failure to demonstrate how a simple computer scan can produce the effects observed in the Obama birth certificate PDF lends support to arguments that the Obama birth certificate is a forgery, the experts contend.

OBOTs jump to defend Obama birth certificate

The radical Obama supporters known as OBOTs have repeatedly asserted that experts cited by WND have ignored evidence that the effects observed in the White House-released PDF can be explained by utilizing various tools, such as running Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software and by optimizing the PDF.

Frank Arduini, an OBOT who works at CareFusion and frequently posts argumentative pro-Obama comments on WND forums, made the charge in a recent WND-published article, as seen in Exhibit 1.

Exhibit 1: OBOT poster accuses WND of ignoring evidence

Arduini's LinkedIn.com profile lists him as an IT Business Partner at the health industries company CareFusion, headquartered in San Diego.

Well, that's the thing about conspiracy theories: they take whatever form is necessary to accommodate new information...Whatever the theory requires at that moment must be the truth.

Knowing that, why do you then foster these wild theories about so-called birthers engaging in a far fetched conspiracy? Wouldn't it be so much simpler to not deny the obvious evidence of political corruption staring you in the face? Are you so far gone into irrationality you cannot even face the reality that no original document has ever been proffered for independent forensic analysis to dispel what otherwise appears to be an unquestionable forgery?

Are you so far into the denial of reality that you cannot acknowledge that Bill Clinton is a conviceted liar and perjurer, serial accused sexual molester and rapist; Sandy Berger is a thief of government documents; and Barack Hussein Obama is a serial liar and a collaborator with Communists throughout his adult life?

So what? A birth certificate does nothing more than provide a rebuttable presumption of the facts of birth called prima facie evidence. When the evidence rebuts the presumption, the value of being prima facie evidence is voided. The digital documents proffered to prove the birth of Barack Hussein Obama are undoubted forgeries.

Any birth certificae authenticated by any government can be invalidated if and when the birth registration can be demonstrated to be fraudulent. It is no longer a question of whether or not the birth certificate is proven to be fraudulent. Now it is only a matter of time before a court or an impeachment hearing is compelled to hear a case in which the birth certificate decisively found to be a forgery. Once the birth certificate is deemed to be a fraudulent document by a competent court or other competent hearing, it will not matter how many angels, Hawaiian officials, or politicians sing the innocence of Barack Hussein Obama.

Digitally reproduced copies of official documents are legally irrelevant and they are for presentation purposes only. The only birth records that matter are the original hard copies of the long form Certificate of Live Birth and the original version of the abstract, short form Certification of Live Birth that reside at the Hawaii Department of Health.

I know of no court, no state and no action of Congress which has requested examination of the original hard copies of those records. Hawaii statutes allow for inspection of or receipt of copies of those documents by “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a certified copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.” [Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b)]

Get a court order, see the originals.

It takes two to four weeks to recover from giving birth.

Add in the nightly feedings. It's exhausting. I had to take care of my Wife and baby both for about two weeks. Hell, even I wouldn't get on a plane and travel a 1000 miles two weeks after my wife gave birth. I'd rather shoot myself.

And She's in Washington two weeks after the birth? Pure Fiction.

In Hawaii DOH, there must be a form that was mailed in by Granny. Stanly Ann called Toots on August fourth, and Toots filled out the papers. This is why he has a number out of birth order sequence from the Nordike twins.

Can you Imagine picking up the wife after she's in the Hospital for a week, half asleep and full of stitches, and taking her directly to the Airport and dropping her off with a crying new born infant and a bag? Even a moron from Kenya wouldn't do that. I'm laughing just picturing this. I think either of my wives would have picked up a rock and hit me in the head with it!

Honestly, I don’t know that it even matters anymore.

The truth is the document is a cut and paste collage of crap. This truth is spreading quickly. It has evidence to prove it, so it’s gaining momentum and spreading fast.

“Did you even bother to look at what they released and notice (as any fifth-grader could) that it’s an obvious forgery?”

That’s fantasy. With the issuing authority calling what Obama posted “a certified copy of his original Certificate of Live Birth”, your fifth-grader level experts are left looking like, well, what they are.

I have not inspected my driver’s license for signs of forgery, nor have I asked any forensic examiners to scrutinize it. I know it’s real because I got it from the California Department of Motor Vehicles. They issue the real ones. Similarly, authentic Hawaiian birth certificates are exactly those issued by the Hawaii Department of Health.

What’s next? Accusing people of forging their own signatures?

Wasn't it more like four to six weeks later that she was supposed to be registered for classes with the University of Washington, but they were “correspondence” courses? If they were correspondence courses, perhaps she did not actually attend anything on campus until well after the beginning of the term, if necessity required it?

It should also be noted the August 8th birth date in Kenya, Canada, Washington, or elsewhere could have actually been earlier and reported as August 8th?

The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issued fraudulent drivers licenses to illegal aliens who falsely claimed to live at my address. When I tried to report the fraudulent driver’s licenses to the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), they refused to take a report of the crime and threatened me with arrest for opening mail that did not belong to me. I did not open the mail. I could see the driver’s licenses through the envelope window. When I tried to report the fraudulent driver’s licenses to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, they refused to take a report of the crime and threatened me with arrest for opening mail that did not belong to me. When I attempted to report the crimes to the FBI, they said to call the California Attorney General’s Office. When I tried to report the fraudulent driver’s licenses to the California Attorney General’s Office, they refused to take a report of the crime and threatened me with arrest for opening mail that did not belong to me. Having run out of options, I was never able to get the law enforcement officials to take custody of the fraudulent driver’s licenses.

Since the law enforcement agencies had on several occasions killed innocent citizens in their own homes when they conducted SWAT nitghttime raids looking for criminals who fraudulently used those addresses, the refusal of the California law enforcement agencies to invalidate those fraudulent illegal alien drivers licenses was a potentially lethal threat. Ultimately we resolved that problem by moving our home and business out of California.

Fraudulent birth certificates are commonplace. Fraudulent drivers licenses are commonplace. Fraudulent Social Security registrations are commonplace. Your trolling and utterly braindead defenses of Obama’s lies and frauds are commonplace. You’re boring us to death with this nonsense. If you going to troll for Obama, at least give it some honest effort, or are you another incompetent Democrat, Marxist, socialist, and/or somethingorother?

This conspiracy has been going on for almost 40 years.

Exactly! Forty years involving who knows how many people, from state records workers in Hawaii to Supreme Court justices, and not one of them has blabbed. Pretty impressive. And yet they're too stupid to simply make a paper birth certificate and scan that.

Get a court order, see the originals.

Despite an historic degree of political and legal obstruction to disclosure of Obama's original documents, a U.S. District Court subpoena for the discovery of the original birth certificate is currently pending and due to be exercised in the coming week. It is strongly anticipated the Hawaii Department of Health will not comply with the subpoena for discovery of the birth certificate, for reasons yet to be seen.

It is disingenuous to demand the plaintiffs produce the original documents while the defendent enjoys an historic degree of immunity to legal process as a result of legal manipulations and political corruption. It is noteworthy how the police officer investigating the case wherein there was unauthorized tampering with Obama's State Department passport files was murdered execution style by a pistol shot to the head on the eve of his court testimony in that case. After Obama's inauguration, the State Department contractor responsible for the tampering with the State Department passport files was rewarded with important security employment within the Obama Administration's White House staff.

Department of Health and Human Services OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE FRAUD.
JUNE GIBBS BROWN Inspector General
SEPTEMBER 2000 0EI-07-99-00570.
[….]
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

PURPOSE
To provide an update on the nature and extent of birth certificate fraud.

BACKGROUND
Legitimate birth certificates provide vital information about the person whose name appears on the certificate. Issuing birth certificates is the responsibility of State vital records registrars and numerous local issuing entities. While originally intended for the sole purpose of birth registration, birth certificates are now used extensively for employment purposes and to obtain benefits or other documents used for identification.

Over the last 25 years, a number of studies have addressed problems related to false identification and the misuse of birth certificates. These studies conclude that false identification is a major factor in crime, and that most, if not all, Federal fugitives and drug trafficking crimes are associated with false identification. They also conclude that stolen, counterfeit, and altered birth certificates are often used as “breeder documents” that allow the holder to obtain documents needed to create new identities.[...]

FINDINGS

[….]

Birth Certificates Continue to be Used as “Breeder Documents” and are Easy to Obtain
Virtually all Federal and State agencies agree that fraudulent birth certificates are used as “breeder documents” to obtain the genuine documents needed to create new identities, and that fraudulent birth certificates are easy to obtain.[...]

Birth Certificate Fraud is Hard to Detect
Many altered or counterfeit birth certificates and genuine birth certificates held by imposters may go undetected. The reasons why these fraudulent birth certificates are hard to detect include the following:

[….]

between 85 and 90 percent of the birth certificate fraud encountered by the Immigration and Naturalization Services and Passport Services staff is the result of genuine birth certificates held by imposters — the most difficult fraud to detect; and

Federal and State agency staff report receiving only limited training focused on the detection of fraudulent birth certificates.

State Practices Create Opportunities for Fraud
It was the consensus of those we interviewed that a number of State practices create opportunities for fraud. Those practices include the following:
delayed, amended, and midwife birth registrations that are based on affidavits of personal knowledge, include no documentary evidence, and are not often marked or overlaid accordingly;

[….]

Birth Certificate Fraud is Seldom Prosecuted
Virtually all of the Federal and State agency staff we talked with indicate birth certificate fraud is seldom prosecuted unless it can be linked to large dollar losses or other punishable crimes. Most staff also indicate that many prosecutors are reluctant, or refuse to take birth certificate fraud cases in which the only charge is attempting to obtain another individual’s birth certificate, or counterfeiting or altering a birth certificate. At the same time, misconceptions exist surrounding the security and integrity of birth certificates.

CONCLUSIONS
Birth Certificates Alone do not Provide Conclusive or Reliable Proof of Identity
Many agencies and organizations request that individuals provide their birth certificates to receive a benefit or service, or to support the issuance of other documents often used for identity purposes (e.g., driver’s license). However, agencies who rely on birth certificates as a means of establishing identity must understand the limitations of accepting a birth certificate as proof of age, citizenship, or identity. For example, genuine documents obtained with counterfeit birth certificates can be used to obtain genuine birth certificates. Thus, it is inherently illogical to require someone to prove their identity using potentially fraudulent identity documents spawned by false birth certificates in order to obtain a birth certificate.

Further, it would be Impractical to Redesign Birth Certificates to Make them Reliable Identification Documents in and of Themselves
Efforts to make the birth certificate into a reliable identity document are complicated by the more than 14,000 different legitimate versions in existence, and the more than 6,000 entities which issue them and the processes they use to do so. Efforts are also complicated by the ease with which birth certificates can legitimately be obtained and counterfeited, and the fact that the majority of fraud is now being committed by imposters using genuine birth certificates. Also, any changes to the birth certificate itself will take essentially a lifetime to become effective.

[….]

INTRODUCTION

PURPOSE
To provide an update on the nature and extent of birth certificate fraud.

BACKGROUND
The Birth Certificate Process
[….]

Previous Reports on Birth Certificate Fraud
Federal Advisory Committee on False Identification - Problems related to false identification and misuse of birth certificates have been addressed in a number of studies conducted over the last 25 years. In 1974, the Federal Advisory Committee on False Identification (FACFI), commissioned by the Attorney General of the United States, recognized the criminal use of false identification documents. In its 1976 report entitled The Criminal Use of False Identification, the committee concluded that 100 percent of all Federal fugitives and 80 percent of all drug trafficking are associated with false identification. They also reported that false identification is a major factor in crime, including illegal immigration and flight from justice, and that falsified or stolen vital statistics (i.e., birth certificates) are used as “breeder documents.” (“Breeder documents” refer to documents that allow the holder to obtain other documents — passports, driver’s licenses, etc. — and benefits, such as resident status, Social Security benefits, loans, and other government aid, including Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, Food Stamps, and Medicaid).[...]

This Inquiry
This inspection was initiated at the request of the Department of Health and Human Services in the fall of 1999. The Department requested that the OIG provide information that the Department could use in responding to responsibilities placed on it as a result of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. More specifically, the Act requires the Secretary to “submit a report to Congress on ways to reduce the fraudulent obtaining and use of birth certificates.” This inspection focuses on the processes of issuing and fraud associated with certified copies of birth certificates.[...]

METHODOLOGY
[….]

FINDINGS
In conducting this inspection, we heard many stories of people whose lives have been adversely affected by birth certificate fraud — people who were personally victimized by stolen identities and suffered financial ruin. Others stories were more far-reaching, describing the criminal use of fraudulent birth certificates to evade law enforcement for crimes already committed, commit bank or credit card fraud, or obtain services and benefits for which individuals were not entitled. We also heard stories about fraudulent birth certificates used by terrorists and drug traffickers to acquire passports for international travel, and by illegal aliens attempting to avoid detection and deportation. The common threads running through each of these stories are 1) fraudulent birth certificates were involved, 2) most false identity crimes go undetected, 3) once detected, few false identity crimes are successfully prosecuted, and ultimately, 4) each one of us is affected by birth certificate fraud every day.

[….]

Fundamental, Irreconcilable Conflicts Surround Birth Certificate Purposes and Uses
A Birth Certificate is Proof Only that a Birth Occurred and was Recorded. It is important to recall the intended purpose of a birth certificate — to certify that a birth was documented and recorded. For that purpose, it is not unreasonable that State laws allow public access to these records. Efforts to restrict access to birth certificates would diminish their value for the purpose they were originally designed to serve.

However, Birth Certificates are Used as Proof of Age, Citizenship, and Identity.
Birth certificates are widely recognized as proof of age, place of birth, and identity. They
are also used extensively for employment purposes, to obtain benefits or other documents
(e.g., driver’s licenses, Social Security cards, and passports), to assist in determining
eligibility for public assistance and other benefits, to enroll children in school, and as proof
of age eligibility for sports and other age restricted activities. However, because they were never designed to provide sole proof of identity, and because a birth certificate cannot be positively linked with an individual, their use for that purpose is questionable.
[….]

Birth Certificates Continue to be Used as “Breeder Documents” and Are Easy to Obtain
As we previously reported in 1988, 1991, and 1996, birth certificates continue to be used as “breeder documents” from which other supporting documents can be secured to alter identities and fraudulently obtain services and benefits. Virtually all Federal and State agencies agree that fraudulent birth certificates are used to obtain genuine documents, and in concert with other fraudulent documents, to create new identities....]

[….]

Most State and county issuing offices are located within the auspices of their respective
health departments. The sale of birth certificates serves as source of revenue for States
and the only source of revenue for some State health departments, thus creating no
disincentive for issuing birth certificates. The sale of birth certificates can serve also as a
major source of revenue for many local offices. For these departments and offices,
restrictions on the issuance of birth certificates could adversely affect revenues.

Fraudulent Birth Certificates are Hard to Detect
With the exception of detection by highly trained Immigration and Naturalization Services and Passport Services staff, information we obtained indicates many altered or counterfeit birth certificates and genuine birth certificates held by imposters may go undetected. Officials who use birth certificates to determine eligibility for services and benefits say they fail to detect many fraudulent documents, and the ones they do detect are “only the tip of the iceberg.”[....]

Most Birth Certificate Fraud is Committed Using Genuine Documents. An alarming fact is that most of the fraudulent documents identified by Immigration and Naturalization Services staff are genuine documents held by imposters, the most difficult frauds to detect. For example, staff in the El Paso Intelligence Center4 indicate that 90 percent of the false claims cases they see involve bonafide birth certificates held by imposters. Passport Services staff report parallel statistics, stating that 85 percent of the birth certificate fraud they encounter also is the result of genuine birth certificates held by imposters.[...]

[….]

State Practices Create Opportunities for Fraud
Delayed, Amended, and Midwife Birth Registrations Provide Opportunities for Fraud. State and local vital records staff say birth certificates issued based on delayed and amended birth registrations are more likely to be fraudulent.[...]

[….]

Birth Certificate Fraud is Seldom Prosecuted
The False Identification Crime Control Act of 1982, Public Law 97-398, amended Title 18 of the United States Code to provide penalties for certain false identification related crimes.

Section 1028 of that law addresses fraud activity in connection with identification documents. This law makes it a crime to knowingly produce, transfer, or possess false identification documents with the intent to defraud the United States. Punishment for an offense under this Act is a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment for up to 5 years. Many State statutes also address identity fraud, but it is considered a felony in only 23 States. In 28 States, birth certificate fraud remains a misdemeanor.

However, virtually all of the Federal and State staff we talked with indicate birth certificate fraud is seldom prosecuted unless it can be linked to large dollar losses or other punishable crimes. Most staff also indicate that many prosecutors are reluctant, or refuse to take birth certificate fraud cases in which the only charge is attempting to obtain another individual’s birth certificate, or counterfeiting or altering a birth certificate. Further, State registrars indicate they receive information about potential fraud cases from Passport Services, SSA, Department of Motor Vehicle offices, and law enforcement. However, most indicate they receive little feedback regarding cases they refer for prosecution.

Misconceptions Exist Regarding the Security and Integrity of Birth Certificates
During the course of our study, we found that many misconceptions exist surrounding the security and integrity of birth certificates. We also found that a lack of education exists regarding the importance of securing vital records information. Misconceptions include the following:

a birth certificate insures the identity and citizenship of the person holding it;

[….]

CONCLUSIONS
Birth Certificates Alone do not Provide Conclusive or Reliable Proof of Identity
However, agencies who rely on birth certificates as a means of establishing identity must understand the limitations of accepting a birth certificate as proof of age, citizenship, or identity. While the agency has a need or requirement for establishing identity, the issuing entity most likely does not.
A related point is that genuine documents obtained with counterfeit birth certificates can be used to obtain genuine birth certificates, which in turn are used to obtain additional identification documents.[...]

Further, it would be Impractical to Redesign Birth Certificates to Make them Reliable Identification Documents in and of Themselves
The birth certificate does not provide positive proof of identity of the holder.[...]

[….]

In Addition, Federal and State Program Administrators Should Assess the Proofs of Identity They Will Accept
Even if their security is improved, birth certificates may still not be the best proof of identity. For this reason, program administrators may not want to use birth certificates at all, or to use them only with other documents, as noted above. Agencies need to specify which other documents and methods of proving identity (e.g., fingerprints, testimony of relatives, employer information, background checks) they will accept in determining eligibility for services and benefits.[...]

As the DHHS Birth Certificate Fraud reports, documenting Hawaii's birth certificate fraud id problematic because of the Federal state, and local government's refusals to investigate or prosecute cases of birth certificate fraud, even when discovered and reported to law enforcement. The report informs us the rate of birth certificate fraud ranges from greater to 80 percent to 100 percent in certain categories of crime, but the component of the criminal activity encopassing the birth certificate fraud is ignored by the prosecutors even while prosecuting the other criminal counts. Just because the government chooses to routinely ignore the birth certificate fraud even when discovered and reported certainly does not and cannot indicate the State of Hawaii does not issue fraudulent birth certificates. Instead, it indicates the state of Hawaii and other governments simply tolerate and condone the crime in almost all instances. The reality of this situation is not unlike the governments’ lack of prosecution and lack of accurate reporting of illegal immigration and illegal immigrants, often for the same reasons and motivations.

See the DHHS Birth Certificate Fraud Report. A government employee can be frequently subjected to retaliation, discriminated against, and fired for attempting to report the activities of an illegal alien, much less someone enjoying political protections and privileges; while there is typically no interest whatsoever in the government to prosecute the crime of birth certificate fraud. It is not a wonder to find such workers have no incentive to report even the most rampant and obvious birth certificate fraud and the most powerful possible incentives to not report such birth certificate fraud. I was threatened with criminal arrest for reporting the driver's license identity fraud of illegal aliens. Are you willing to risk the threat or criminal arrest and intimidation when the law enforcement agencies inform you they are not interested in receiving or acting upon reports of birth certificate fraud and identity fraud?

I'm just pointing out the things that look strange to me, and there seem to be scores of things overall.

If the model with the horizontal unlock you mention was not available in 1961, I suppose a typist using a manual machine could still gently push the carriage to the right slightly, because you could slide it easily to the right, but not to the left. Which means the person would have to "space bar" or "tab" past the check box, and then try to visually center the box to the type guide and type an "X" with the other hand. Rather hit and miss, which is what we see, but still possible, now that I think about it, even without the special horizontal unlock feature. Partially depressing the backspace key was probably a better solution.

By the way, with that horizontal unlock feature, how did you return to the original spacing setting, or were you able to get back at all once you unlocked it? When you unlocked and scrolled vertically, it was always tricky getting back perfectly to the original line because of parallax error with the see-through guides.

Perhaps I'm wrong on that particular point with the boxes; thanks, it's been a very long time since I had my first manual Royal.

By the way, with that horizontal unlock feature, how did you return to the original spacing setting, or were you able to get back at all once you unlocked it?

The way I remember typewriters working is that there was a row of teeth or slots under the carriage, and the carriage stepped along from slot to slot--imagine a gear rolling along a line of holes, with the teeth going in each hole successively. (I'm sure there's a name for this kind of mechanism, and I'm sure I don't know what it is.) Anyway, the unlock feature just disengaged the mechanism, so as long as you held the button down, you could position the carriage anywhere. But when you let go, the mechanism re-engaged, and so you were back in the original spacing. It was like pulling the lever up to move your car seat back: you can slide it freely, but when you let go, it's going to click into one of the preset positions.

I agree there are things that look strange on the BC. But to replace the standard explanation, I need a better theory that explains everything, not just a list of loose ends with the existing theory. If the checkboxes are copied and pasted yet aren't identical, that would mean the forger copied one box with an 'X' from one source and then another box with an 'X' from another source, rather than simply pasting the first one in twice. I know some claim that's exactly what they did (while at the same time re-using other checkboxes and letters elsewhere), but I just find that extremely unlikely.

It is only your half assed and incorrect interpretation that my correct and Constitutional understanding of the Law would render the intent of the passage to be meaningless.

You are delusional. There is no support for your "interpretation" in the contemporary history of 1787. None.

It is clear that the law, as written and as interpreted, means that of citizens - only naturalized citizens (and natural born citizens who didn't meet the residency requirements) are excluded. Clearly that has meaning - to all but the deliberately obtuse.

Another example of how goofy is your opinion. "Natural Born Citizens" do not have to meet any eligibility requirements. NONE. Only those citizens by Statute have to meet residency requirements. See Rogers v. Bellei.

The Constitution mentions only two subdivisions of “citizen” - natural born or naturalized. Clearly any such third (or even fourth) designation is from sources outside the U.S. Constitution and from outside of U.S. Law.

Prior to 1934, only two were possible. Before Congress granted women the right for citizenship to descend from them, it was not possible to have a split nationality offspring. Marriage to an American male automatically naturalized any foreign female, and therefore ALL children born of the couple were born to two American parents. Marriage to a foreign man meant that the children would get HIS citizenship. The Third category was CREATED by Congress in 1934. Just because YOU are ignorant of it, does not make it any less true.

The U.S. Constitution and U.S. law only recognize natural born citizens and those that must otherwise be “naturalized”.

The US Constitution Article II only recognizes citizens born to two American parents as "Natural Born Citizens." All others have a distrusted source of foreign allegiance.

All the hand waving breath holding and talk of arresting Congress in mass and talk of treason and revolution and ignoring any and all conservative leaders who don't sign on (all of them) doesn't change the simple fact that there IS NO THIRD TYPE of U.S. citizenship.

And all your childish little foot stamping isn't going to convince anyone that what is false is true, or that what is incorrect is right.

I am not saying that the information above is impossible to impeach, I’m only saying that it is a high bar to impeach that information 50 years later.

It doesn't need to be impeached. Hawaii needs to testify to the authenticity of it by saying so forthrightly and without any ambiguity, and they need to produce an exact copy of whatever it is they have in their files. My position is, it may be in fact the real thing (at least the information on it may be real) but they have not taken the steps necessary to convey any trust in it. Hawaii needs to produce everything in their files relating to Obama. All of it.

That we every should have tolerated anything less is astonishing to me. This is a no-brainer. EVERY SINGLE STATE ELECTION OFFICIAL in all 50 states should have demanded to see his original document, but they are all morons and guilty of incompetence.
