MSNBC White House reporter said no guidance on remarks were given with the announcement that Obama would speak.
Boehner is briefing the Republican House caucus now. Boehner is unhappy with potential defense cuts. Obama will probably try to force the deal as is.
Thanks for the heads up. I’ll be sure to miss it.
