My favorite part of the article was this:
.....the young voters who once identified with the youthful, relatively unknown senator from Illinois are having a severe case of buyer’s remorse.
To which I say boo friggin' hoo; you dumba**es.

"America abandons Obama

Looking back on it, it's kind of easy to understand where his commie old man and whore mother were coming from when they abandoned 0 as a child.

Its been kind of funny watching as my liberal relatives dutifully spent the day encouraging republicans to vote yes on the Boehner bill only to see it tabled in the senate without debate.

Malaise and turkey seem to go hand in hand.
That first turkey sandwich the day after thanksgiving always seems great, but after a a few days of the same thing you grow weary of it.
Yo try to mix it up, maybe a little arugula on that turkey sam will perk it up.
More malaise? The turkey is so dry.

Oh God, I am sick of this turkey and malaise.

Obama misplayed his hand BADLY in this. With all his MSM butt buddies in his corner he is still is sharing the blame with Boner and the RINOS for the Debt ceiling mess. I think his team miscalculated badly. He thought the Pubbies would cave and then he could run a victory lap and watch his polls rise and dispirit us. What he as done is kill his approval, and let the enemy set the battlefield. I think the Tea Party folks in Congress had it right, who cares about the MSM they hate us anyways stop trying to get them to like you. Right now by accident the Good Cop\Bad Cop thing has the Alinskites, looking through the appendix of Rules for Radicals a supplemental chapter maybe named..”When you enemy is more intractable and resolved than you are, and a majority of the public is not buying your dung...”

The NY Times has a slightly different opinion. Read this for a laugh a minute: http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2011/07/30/2491197/from-poetry-to-drudgery.html

I used to call him Chaunce, the Gardner, though perhaps, I should have called him Gershom, for he is a stranger in a strange land. He is truly, not of us, he is not an American, regardless of where he was born. He is almost completely deracinated, drifting aimlessly and lost.

He is intellectually about as shallow as any president in history, possibly the most. Warren G. Harding appears to be a towering intellect in comparison. He was waifed along on the Zephyrs of affirmative action and has not the least idea of how the world works, nor his place in it, nor how this nation came to be.

Yes. America is abandoning Barry just like Stanley Ann did. Hope was not a strategy, and change was not a tactic. He WARNED us he would fundamentally change America, and he DID. Here is the result. 45% of everything we spend is borrowed. It is unsustainable. The stimulus was a kickback to political cronies. The bailouts of GM and Chrysler were dirty jokes. Enough already!

Obama has the luxury and advantage of being disassociated with America. He is not ‘American’ in anything that he says, does, or believes.

He is like a hired manager of a 7-11. (for clarity, he has never held a real job and no one would hire him to run a lemonade stand) His mentality is, it would be ‘nice’ if the store makes a profit. It would be nice if no one shoplifts. It would be nice if the store does not go bankrupt. But, all in all, he really doesn't care. He is not vested anyway. No skin off his nose. (and, it would be good if the store failed. it would teach those evil capitalist owners a ‘lesson’ anyway, about exploiting the working man, about keeping the people down) We have hired a manager who wants the store to fail, or at least, is indifferent to it's failure.

None of this is really real to him. He is just playing a game, getting a chip off his shoulder, and making a point about this inherent foolishness of Democracy and Capitalism. This is all a theoretical exercise to him.

His headache is always those real American’s, Republicans and Democrats, who do actually care about this country, who do care more about America than proving some pie-in-the-sky theory and ‘making a point’. We drive him crazy.

The money is being kicked back from the recipients

Talk about colonial attitude. He has it in spades. He thought he could step into the presidency and rule us like an ....skip that word...potentate. He thought we were as easily cowed as the citizens of...well, skip the name of that country.
There’s never been a country like America and there has never been a people like Americans. Give him a dacha and let him live out his days playing “if only” and let us follow the statement of Carl Schnurz
“My country right or wrong
If Right to be kept Right
If Wrong to be put RIGHT.”
We’ll put America right again.

The only solid support Obama has left comes from the Blacks, who support him primarily because he shares a melanin-enriched skin tone. Blacks voting for a Black because he’s Black. But “conservatives are racists.”

ah yes another “grand experiment” gone bad..Time to Wake Up America. Real Leaders need to have proven experience and track records...community organizers can only do one thing and that is organize the paybacks with taxpayer grease. We are out of grease and patience.

Similiar to the buyer's remorse of all the folks who "deserved" to own a home but couldn't afford one...Believng a liberal will always cause remorse in the end.

Democratic Rep. Steny Hoyer and another Demo gave speeches from House floor on CSPAN this Thurs. or Friday last July 21 or 22 stating that the budget and debt ceiling crises are all George Bush`s fault.-

I kid you not.

I laughed so hard the cat jumped up and fell off the tv onto the floor.

Malaise: A general feeling of discomfort, illness, or uneasiness whose exact cause is difficult to identify...

This ain't malaise.

We don't have a "general feeling of discomfort" and we certainly know the "exact cause" of what we're feeling.

It's very specific anger, not general discomfort.
