So much for hope and change. With the economy growing worse and worse, the grand promises of Barack Obamas 2008 campaign have faded as the reality of malaise takes hold.
Mr. Obama has vowed to spend $1 billion in advertising dollars to counteract the effect his policies have had on the nation. The GOPs campaign chief met with The Washington Times on Friday to discuss why thats not going to work. I think this [election] is a referendum on Barack Obama, said Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus. The people in this country are going to ask themselves a question: Am I better off than I was three or four years ago? And the answer is clearly no.
Even liberals feel betrayed on a number of pet causes like torture and Guantanamo Bay, and theyre jumping ship. The Pew Research Center found Republicans were making huge gains among white voters. In 2008, 46 percent of this demographic group sided with the GOP while 44 percent preferred Democrats. Today, the Republican advantage has grown to 13 points, with the biggest gains found among those under the age of 30.
In other words, the young voters who once identified with the youthful, relatively unknown senator from Illinois are having a severe case of buyers remorse. The survey showed Republicans also made a small 2 percent gain among black voters, but larger inroads ought to be possible given the astonishing figure that 16.2 percent of blacks cant find a job in Mr. Obamas economy - double the figure for whites. People are hurting, said Mr. Priebus. The problem that Obama has is that he has had results of his presidency, and these results are awful and people know it.

Let’s see, his mother had a man’s name; Bambi is a homo. His mother and his father were commies; Bambi’s a commie. His friends are all commies; Bambi loves commies. I think I’m seeing a pattern here!
I kid you not.
I laughed so hard the cat jumped up and fell off the tv onto the floor.
I take a different tack, from the "be careful what you wish for file". I liken it to some kid and his siblings playing with a pressure cooker on the stove, who really doesn't understand what the pressure cooker does. Oh, if something goes wrong, he figures he can just blame it on the neighbor kid, and the siblings will provide cover. Problem is, when that cooker blows, its gonna take out the kid and his siblings, and possibly other stuff in the kitchen. At that point, the blame game isn't going to matter.
You may be right but there is nothing “kid like” about Obama and or those behind and/or with him in what is happening. It is a well thought out ongoing plan to make America more like Europe and their socialized way of living.
FYI- Rubio cannot be Sarah’s running mate because he is not NBC, a natural born citizen. His parents were not US citizens when he was born, therefore he cannot ever run for POTUS or be VP.
Nicely stated. With your permission, I’d like to steal that for use with a couple of relatives.
The Alinskyites aren’t about to back off now. They haven’t even got to the government shutdown part yet.
Only one way Obama can win in 2012. The GOP select a monster to run—someone the MSM can turn into A) a dithering fool, B) a religious nut case, C) an unstable madman. Or all three. Obama can only win this way. SO what ever the GOP does it must tap someone able to weather this storm.
Somewhat more than three weeks for the White Hut Dog.
Obama isn't going to spend a billion dollars on advertising
Obama is going to spend 100's of millions of that billion funding
VOTER FRAUD SCHEMES
VOTER INTIMATION INITIATIVES
COVERT DEM OPS TO DEMONIZE AND DEFAME TEA PARTY AND GOP CANDIDATES IN CLOSE RACES.
FUNDING FAKE TEA PARTY CANDIDATES IN PRIMARIES
BUSING THOUSANDS OF OUT OF STATE UNION THUGS TO VOTE IN PRIMARIES
That's just the short list
So now it’s just Mr. Obama? Not President Obama, PERFECT.
Great illustration there. Now the question is, can we predict what’s gonna cause the pressure cooker to blow? If the kid takes it into government shutdown mode, will it blow up? one week into shutdown, perhaps 2, pehaps furloughs, delayed pension checks? What?
NA , NA , NA , NAAAAAAAA ,,,,, Na , NA , NA ,,, Hey , Hey , Hey ,,, Goodbye !!!!
That didn't seem to bother Obama or nearly anybody else who "matters" - including the GOP establishment and the courts.
I could definitely support (with passion and vigor) a Palin/Rubio ticket.
If an article like this ever appears in the Washington POST, then we'll have something.
Until then...more of the same for all of us.
Sarah, Marco = Mama like!
