Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.

I have a feeling this jury is democrat literate. Fox News was talking about the jury pool.
Beyond *reasonable doubt* has been distorted to mean *beyond all doubt* and this jury lacked management/professional people -— higher educated people -— leaders, if you will.
I have sat on two Superior Court juries. Both times, we had trouble with jurors who couldn’t see past the stark evidence staring them right in their respective faces, for *hours*, until *all doubt* was removed.
One deliberation went almost a whole extra day because of that one juror.
Everyone wants to blame the jury. They are not the ones who lost this case - that honor goes to the prosecution. This was one of the worst presented cases I have seen in a long time. No direct evidence at all and questionable circumstantial evidence with some of that contradicted by their own experts.
Lawyers, not jurors are responsible when a case is lost.
Prayers for Caylee. One day, may the truth be fully known and may justice be done. God has a way of taking care of such matters, in His own time.
You are right ofcourse, but this one really hurt. Our Society is very ill. I just hope it’s not terminal.
It bothers me too. The poor kid..., she was lost in the shuffle.

Good point about Nancy Grace. She was a very dishonest prosecutor and sanctioned for fabricating/hiding evidence so she could get convictions.
Wonder how the jurors will feel when this malignant narcissistic sociopath kills again; and she will kill again.

they are wondering on HLN where Casey will go...her parents left the courtroom without a word with her.......hmmm.....I am betting Cindy hurried home to cook her her favorite meal. Where the heck else will she go but home? Probably on Thursday no less.
Maybe she will announce her plans to find the “real killer”.
The only reason this is a big deal is because cameras were allowed in court and the child was white. Add in flimsy evidence and we all know she did it and you have OJ Part II.
We don’t care who wins the race, we just want to see the wreck.

Ominous? That its possible for a trial verdict to go in favor of the accused? In this country?
If this had been a Soviet-style or Red Chinese-style show trial where the verdict is a forgone conclusion, then I would say that the verdict is ominous.
Sometimes its hard to believe that there are conservatives here...
I expected that they would find her GUILTY.
But these jurors haven’t had 3 years of emotional talking heads like Nancy Grace influencing them.
I guess the jury thought there were still too many unanswered questions.
I wish there had been more evidence, because I think Casey is somehow responsible for Caylee’s death.
Are you sure you’re still not a leftist hippie??? So jurors are never wrong, and our system always works, huh??? You apparently love the establishment and system so much.
