Tonight, around 11 p.m., a group of at least 60-70 African American youth marched down one of the side streets (W. Thrush) to the 4 lane main drag (Sheridan). They were yelling threats to white residents. Things such as we need to kill alll the white people around here.

Memorize the card and throw it away. Anyway it goes you are atleast suspect pending some sort of investigation and you don’t want to start it off with a prepaired, typed and unusual statement.

I get your point of view. Stands to reason.

Of course any oral statement you give LEO also might be admitted should there be a legal action. And it would be better that the statement is in your carefully chosen words rather than the cop's notes of your words.

Of course if you give LEO a written statement (the card) you may be asked, at some point, if it's possible you have been eagerly anticipating such an encounter and perhaps provoked it.

In the end, having to defend one self with a fire arm.. or any means is a bad thing. Even if you stop the BG and are found legally and civilly justified you still have to fear retalliation.

I don't know. I do not listen to Rush anymore. How many ways can a person say that the economy is in the dumps day after day? BORING!!!

Rush rarely covers topics that I'm interested in: K-12 government schooling, the homosexual bullies, abortion, communism through out our institutions, crudity in film and cable and TV programing, vouchers and charters...etc. Yes, he'll take a jab at these topics ( rarely) but never covers them in depth.

One more thing: I am really ticked about he as essentially ignored Obama’s eligibility.

Rush says that he talks about what interests him.

Well....I am interested in the state of the economy,...but...I also have many other interests, as well. If Rush doesn't talk about what interests me, then I'll spend that time on Free Republic! :-)

Oh...And...Most of Rush's program and that of the others is merely a rehash of what was discussed on Free Republic the previous day. There is very little that is original about these guys and gals.

And....Every time I have reason to hear Rush's voice, I am reminded that he flagrantly ignored the very important issue of having a valid and legitimate NATURAL BORN CITIZEN for a president. Personally, I will never again fully trust Rush or the other yappers. They are PHONIES!
