Like who?
No one would care what Bristol has to say if Sarah wasn't her mother.
Actually she did admit to the surgery.
“...Cant figure out the end game here.”
More bait for the press?
Bristol needs to go off somewhere to quietly raise her baby and quit complicating her mother’s life.
Instead she is going off to live with two guys who are probably equally unaccomplished and it will all be televised. I just can’t imagine she will be exposing her baby to that environment.
Just look at the message that sends to young high school students.
Yep, there’s a fortune to be made at the low end of our society...just ask the Kardashians or the Braxtons.
Seems like it. Now awaiting Baby McCain to go scorched earth on Bristol and the Palins. She will. I’d place money on Bristol in a fight between her and baby.
Nonetheless, Bristol has opened a can of worms most of us knew was real. Perhaps that’s a good thing.
Chubby had it coming...she’s been slamming the Palins for better than two years, and now Bristol is going to set her straight.
From what I read the surgery was to fix a jaw problem, not purely cosmetic reasons.
Not at all. While it's true that sarcasm is my first language, I branch out into ordinary statements sometimes.
I for one welcome the complications my children bring.
How many people are ‘accomplished’ at 20 years of age?
Most of us have ‘limited horizons’ when it comes to how the ultra rich really live.
Bristol was raised in a normal middle-class home, as were most of us ... the lucky ones.
I gotta admit, she’s a little outrageous but fearless, like her mom, and I kinda admire her.
It just seemed, from the quote, as if it was a, “I can’t believe people like this exist!” sort of reaction. This happens to all of us at times, of course. I’m not sure how, in my boring suburban life, I was always aware that, yeah, you ran into people like that. Babysat their kids sometimes, cleaned for them ;-).
People are responding as if I’d said something negative about Bristol Palin or positive about Cindy McCain, but it wasn’t intended to be a judgment of either: just a sociological observation.
I'm not sure what it says about her horizons of life, but the description is not of the experience of "meeting a rich family." I've met lots of families with varying degrees of wealth, and none of them demonstrated the level of self-importance, sense of entitlement, and grandiose pomposity as the McCain family is described. Of course, those attitudes may be more commonplace among the culturally elite who have hung around in Washington DC far too long, but that says more about the "horizons of life" with the out-of-touch elitists than it does about Bristol. But that is just my humble, limited horizon of life opinion.
There are quite a few 20 year old men and women who are accomplished. Look at our armed forces. Some have even given their lives so others can have the freedom to make fools of themselves.
NO doubt whose daughter is the winner.
And no surprise that Cindy and Meghan think of themselves as royalty. I’ll never understand why Cindy stooped so low to marry. And I put McCain in the same gigolo category as Kerry. Married bee-atches for money.
Good for Bristol!
Bristol’s pro-life, abstinence work is nothing to sneeze at, she can hold her own against most 20 year olds.
Bingo!
