NEW YORK – New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner (WEE'-nuhr) says racy, shirtless pictures that appeared on a website are him and he's apologizing for what he calls making terrible mistakes.

During a teary-eyed press conference, he says he won't resign.

What is worst is that we clearly have a serial liar in the Congress, and how do the people he supposedly represents ever trust him on anything again?? Wiener has opened himself up to blackmail, so how does he possibly keep whatever clearance that Congress Critters get?

How can Republicanism and conservatism, finally, make some positive political advancements throughout all U.S. cities and for the long-term?
