Mr. Cain has built up loyalty in the early primary states simply by showing up earlier than other candidates this visit to New Hampshire was his 13th.
Tom Keane, a school board member, state representative and selectman from Bow, said he had been asked to endorse Tim Pawlenty, a former Minnesota governor, and had worked for Mr. Romney in the past. But he had turned out twice in one day to see Mr. Cain and, like many, spoke about him rapturously. Mr. Keane praised his background and his ability to think analytically.
All this is pulling me toward him in a way Im not pulled toward other candidates, he said. All good candidates, but Im not pulled toward them.
You hear people talk about the other candidates as just suits, Mr. Keane said. You cant say that about Herman Cain. I want somebody whos going to energize the party. A suit wont do that.

Ow. Yeah, I do like the summer heat, and we get about eight months of very little heat at all up here. But a former coworker used to visit Arizona quite a bit, and she and her husband relocated out there eventually. She described a t-shirt she’d seen, a cartoon human skeleton, sitting against a cactus, and in quotes, a caption, “but it’s DRY heat”. ;’)
Suppose a newly elected President made a major policy speech(es) simply educating the American public as to how the Fed was formed. Who formed it. The fact that it is NOT a branch of the American Government. The fact that it is PRIVATELY OWNED. By FOREIGN bankers. (Which are all FACTS not known or understood by 95% of the American people.
I think there is much a Patriot Tea Party President can do that costs nothing and requires no Congressional approval to bring about a full National Dialogue on the Federal Reserve System that would ultimately lead to an audit, and that disinfectant called Sunshine.
At least you’re a American. Can’t say the same for the dims and msm. Proud to call you countryman.
Me out here on the West Mesa sand, dust, catus and tumble weeds no place for a good ole’ southern boy! I miss green, real trees, the smell of cut grass, sweet tea, catfish, pork barbecue.....
I believe I made my state in a plain and factual way with no direct finger pointing. The only way I can see that someone could possible take offense is if it truly fit the person reading it.
I’m from the other side of Kansas, too, and grew up, for the most part, in a southern State. It’s tough trying to do outdoor work in this climate (wind, rays at high altitude, extreme cold,...) and with so many of the “wild West” folks trying to stop any and all work with all kinds of nutty regulations and taxes. But there is peace and quiet here, in the middle of nowhere. And the corruption is a little softer and more petty than back east. ;-)
My 2cents. Having Fed Reserve experience is an asset to Cain. While he does not have elected official experience he does have this set of experience with a firm understanding of the monetary system. This plus significant private sector leadership is sufficient for me.
Would that include fried green tomatoes?
:’) G’night.
Herman Cain is the one who put an end to Hillarycare back when Clinton was pushing it. If we want to kill obamacare who better then the man who caused the demise of hillerycare?
You can read his bio here: http://www.hermancain.com/about
Did you forget the /s tag? If not, don't include me in your "most of us" group ever again.
“Cain served on a Federal Reserve (Board?) in some capacity. I want to know more about this, because the Fed Reserve is an evil entity that is part of the horror show now going on. Under Paulson, I believe.”
Here is a really good clip with Glenn Beck interviewing him about his time at the fed, (and some about taxes) where they discuss how the branch that Herman was at was one of the conservative branches, and that his time there was when Alan Greenspan was the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, before they started doing the treacherous stuff that they are doing now.
The second half is a really great discussion about the Fair Tax and the economy.
Oops, I guess it’s past my bedtime....

This anti-Cain information is derived from Ron Paul supporters who are trying to paint Cain as “part of the establishment”.
Most of the “points” made are conjecture, not facts.
For example, just because Cain worked with the Federal Reserve, that does not mean his policy will be pro-Federal Reserve.
Why dont you give me the winning Florida lottery numbers while you are at it, pothole.
I wonder how big a crowd a debate between Sara and Herman would draw?
We have the biggest stadium in the world near here and I would gladly pay a hundred $ to see the two of them go head to head. It would be interesting to see if they could draw a 160,000 rabid conservatives to see the duel of wits
What percentage of the bank is foreign owned ? Do any American banks own any of it ?
