Here is a really good clip with Glenn Beck interviewing him about his time at the fed, (and some about taxes) where they discuss how the branch that Herman was at was one of the conservative branches, and that his time there was when Alan Greenspan was the Chairman of the Federal Reserve, before they started doing the treacherous stuff that they are doing now.
The second half is a really great discussion about the Fair Tax and the economy.
