I think he borrowed that line from Ron Paul’s Republican Debate performance a few weeks ago.
He’s playing both sides to the middle...which is himself...and the asperations he has for his next place on the world stage. But not before he destroys and weakens us.
First, Obama is going full out to install a new generation of Radical Islamic Muslim Brotherhood affiliated leaders in the Middle East to replace the aging state sponsored terrorist leaders in Syria, Libya, Sudan, Yemen who are more interested in their personal position than waging Jihad. He also wants to do the same with the more moderate leaders in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Kuwait, the Emirates and Iraq.
The goal of this new leadership is to wage against the infidels and establish the Caliphate. First target is Israel, the second is consolidating their gains in Europe and getting a foothold in the US from which they can launch terrorist attacks in America. Supporting Pakistan's conflict with India a longer term project but they are pushing hard, especially in expanding Pakistan's nuclear weapons capability for atomic weapons proliferation for terrorism and large scale military operations.
In essence, Obama is facilitating the formation and development of a Pan Islamic coalition of Jihad oriented states and terror groups armed with WMDs provided by Iran and Pakistan.
Second, Obama has so much funding from laundered money from TARP and Stimulus, Union and foreign entities hostile to the US that he no longer needs to lie Americans, especially American Jews to get their financial support for his reelection.
Obama has now come out as a proxy for foreign and domestic interests who wish to tear down this country, and he is kicking off his war from above on the American people. He can care less about the interests or support of the majority of Americans and he is going to try to ram his re election down our collective throats by propaganda, brute force intimidation and divisive methods that pit Americans against Americans.
President Barack Obama is scheduled to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington, DC on Friday, May 20 to discuss prospects for Israeli-Palestinian peace. The Prime Minister will then deliver the keynote address at the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) Conference on May 21 before addressing a joint meeting of Congress on Tuesday, May 24. Earlier in the week King Abdullah of Jordan, in effect representing Palestinian and Arab views, is scheduled to meet with the president on May 17.
Most observers are guarded about the possibility of political breakthroughs. In his speech to Congress, Prime Minister Netanyahu is expected to emphasize that peacemaking is complicated by the agreement that includes Hamas, designated a terrorist organization by the United States and others, in a Palestinian unity government.
Nevertheless, the president and the prime minister will have much to discuss. Israeli-Palestinian diplomacy is being driven by the impending vote in September by the UN General Assembly on recognizing a Palestinian state based on the 1967 border. A vote in the General Assembly would not reduce the need for a negotiated agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, but the move could have far-reaching political implications by providing a basis to consider sanctions against Israel.
Much of the focus in recent weeks has been on Netanyahu’s failure during his time in office to recognize the 1967 borders (the Green line or Armistice line that existed between 1949 and the June 1967 war) as the basis for negotiating the future border between Israel and a Palestinian state.
Some Europeans, as well as some Israeli and U.S. Jewish groups, are urging the Prime Minister to speak the number “1967” in his speech May 23, and therefore agree that negotiations should be based on the 1967 borders as a way of countering the growing impression that Netanyahu is tied to the status quo. German Chancellor Angela Merkel reportedly told the Prime Minister in February, “You haven’t made a single step to advance peace.”
Germany and Italy oppose unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state, but UK and France have said they will not rule out recognizing the Palestinian state with the 1967 borders if there is no progress in negotiations before September.
It is certainly a valid interpretation. I still wonder if this "super intellectual" fluffed his lines. In any case it was amateur hour writ large.
Now let us see which of the GOP contenders will take Zero to the woodshed over this speech.....

There’s been pressure on BiBi from within and without. But never has land for peace worked in history and this at most will only be a pre-lude for the Muslims to re-group for thier final push.
There may be a ‘false’ peace time if BiBi folds...but it will not ever be a lasting peace as we define peace. To Muslims their peace is only thru Islamic rule worldwide, and they are never going to lay that agenda down.
