NEW YORK – Newly unearthed information about Hawaii's procedure for numbering birth records at the time Barack Obama was born casts further doubt on the authenticity of the short-form and long-form birth certificates published online with the president's authority.
Details about the registration procedure are significant, because some analysts have wondered how Obama could have been issued a registration number that is higher than the numbers of the published birth certificates of Susan and Gretchen Nordyke, which were registered three days later than the president's. But a 1955 article by Charles Bennett, Hawaii's registrar general in 1961, and George Tokuyama, chief of the registration and records section for the state's Department of Health, stated birth certificates were numbered immediately upon acceptance by the registrar-general.
When the local registrar was satisfied the birth certificate was complete, the registrar-general filed it by placing the filing date on the birth certificate and assigning it a number.
The date was recorded by an ink stamp that manually adjusted the date in the format month-day-year.
The certificate number appears to be applied with a Bates numbering stamp that advanced automatically by one number each time the stamp was used.
Bennett's and Tokuyama's description of this procedure shows that birth certificates were numbered upon acceptance by the registrar-general, and there was no provision that would allow an accepted birth certificate to be put in a pile for three days before a number was stamped on it.

Here all these years I thought I was a natural born citizen. Imagine my surprise to find out according to some folks here that I am not. I was Born on US soil to two wonderful parents, married then, and still married, who were blessed to have a sponsor many years ago. At the time of my birth they were three years away from becoming US Citizens.
I tried for the last two hours to come up with an appropriate and reasoned response. Alas I cannot, I have a small business to tend to in the morning which is coming way to soon, with way too much idiot paperwork because of government bureaucrats. Paperwork devised by govt bureaucrats who use the same type of small minded idiot reasoning that is used by some of the birthers on Free Republic and elsewhere(like WND)
It’s almost like a barometer, some were rejoicin’ and some was cussin’ and some was wonderin’ ... and it were all just a miss understandin’.
If it were merely an issue of citizenship, why would the founders have bothered to write a specific requirement differing from that used for Senators, Congressmen, and judges to the SCOTUS?
I thought it might be a Ms. understanding.

In any case, 67 senators are all you need. And if you've got them, you don't need to lie about his eligibility or birthplace. You have the High Crime of bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia while serving as President of the United States! That ought to suffice for any red-blooded American senator. No need to conjure up lies about his biography.
Of course, if you don't have 67 senators, then you might as well pound sand until 2012!

But its Fourteenth Amendment (an integral, superseding part of the document, obsoleting whatever was left of Emmerich) declares anyone born on US soil not of diplomat or occupying military to be a US citizen by birth. Just remember, that same Constitution says you need 67 senators to remove a president. If you can get 67 senators to remove him on specious grounds (birtherism), you can get 67 senators to remove him for the High Crime of bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia!

The Constitution also "neglects to define" the meaning of a person, Citizen, Liberty, free speech, the Press, and a plethora of other words and phrases. You won't mind then when we deprive you of any rights and benefits bestowed by the Constitution when it uses those words and phrases, because you already claim they have not been defined. Since Treason was not defined in the Constitution, why don't we convict you of a new definition of Treason, put you in Federal prison, and throw away the key, just to give a proper test to your theory? You'll then have plenty of time to practice on yourself the same anatomical recommendations you have made for other people.
Only a natural born Citizen can be President. That is the law of the land!

The common meaning of Natural Born is Citizen by Birth. Obama's eligible. Period. Now, go make yourself useful in forming the 2012 case against him!
Hannity makes me sick though. Mr. “Those Birthers” Hannity puts his finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing. He along with Rush fell for the forgery and he bad mouthed us.
