The problem is if he told the truth and he was born in Kenya he is not eligible to be President and he has committed fraud on the American Public.

If his mommie was a floozy from Liverpool, for sure. But if she was Stanley Ann Dunham of Kansas, Seattle, and Honolulu, then no dice: he's natural born.

In any case, 67 senators are all you need. And if you've got them, you don't need to lie about his eligibility or birthplace. You have the High Crime of bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia while serving as President of the United States! That ought to suffice for any red-blooded American senator. No need to conjure up lies about his biography.

Of course, if you don't have 67 senators, then you might as well pound sand until 2012!
