Gov. Bobby Jindal arrived in the United States in utero, his mother about three months pregnant. jindal-birth-certificate.jpgView full sizeGov. Bobby Jindal's birth certificate
As he wrote last year in his book, "Leadership and Crisis," his mother had been offered a scholarship in 1970 to complete a graduate degree in nuclear physics at LSU.
When she informed the university that she couldn't accept the scholarship because she was pregnant, "LSU wrote back and promised her a month off for childbirth if she changed her mind. LSU was so accommodating, and the opportunity to come to America so thrilling, that my parents accepted.
"So, my parents stepped out on faith, secured green cards, packed up a few suitcases, said their goodbyes, and took off for this exotic new place called Baton Rouge, Louisiana."

Actually, it sounds like his bill doesn’t address the NBC issue; he is looking stop the “anchor baby” phenomenon by denying citizenship to people born on US soil whose parents are not legal residents. Having not studied the details of the bill, I am prepared to stand corrected.
You know if Jindal really loved and respected the Constitution he would flat out state that he is not a “natural born citizen” and not eligible for any future presidential or vice presidential office.
He has to know that he is not an NBC. A little help from a completely uniformed writer who needs to get a pocket copy of the Constitution from the Heritage Foundation.
He would. The Lamestream is really pulling to pick our candidate again.
I think he has proven himself as Gov., but not everyone can grow up to be President or a waitress at Hooters. Life isn’t fair.
Jindal cannot be president, he is a citizen, but not NB citizen.
His State of Louisiana BC looks OFFICIAL. I was born in AZ, but mine looks like this (minus the LA stuff).
LOL! You mean you didn’t take notes? Half the time I couldn’t read them but I took them anyway.
But seriously, I’m disgusted that our so-called leaders are ignoring the constitution. And the courts? Everyone wants to pass what they think is a hot potato.
>> “If half of Mexico comes across the border to have their anchor babies, Gov Jindals Natural-Born status is a non issue” <<
.
absolutely wrong!
The constitution is the same for all, good or bad.
NBC issue aside, anyone notice how simple and clean this BC is? Just a nice, high res scan. How come it doesn’t have all the strange artifacts and other anomalies that Obama’s has?
Easy. Jindal did all that was necessary. He scanned it. BFD. It isn’t rocket science. And if Obama did a simple scan, his (phony as Pam Anderson’s breasts) BC wouldn’t look like it does.
Regardless of his BC or where he was born, Jindal is 10x more American than the Kenyan who occupies the Hussein Asylum and destroys our lives by the hour.
>> “he is looking stop the anchor baby phenomenon by denying citizenship to people born on US soil whose parents are not legal residents.” <<
.
The constitution already does that.
He was adopted by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro, attended Occidental College as a foreign national named Barry Soetoro, and swore allegiance to Indonesia to get a passport in 1981 AS AN ADULT so he could travel to Pakistan with his boyfriend, Chandoo!
This has been exhaustively discussed along with documentation on Free Republic..
Sorry, but there's no way you learned that in High School Govt. It's never been true.
“But Jindal, knowing that his own status will certainly be examined in the event he ends up on a presidential ticket, released his own birth certificate Friday, and his parents — through Jindal spokesman Kyle Plotkin — this week offered fresh details of their immigration to the United States.”
...in the event he ends up on a presidential ticket, released his own birth certificate Friday...
I can’t tell if the author is putting words in Jindal’s mouth or Jindal really want to pull an Obama and crap on the Constitution.
He has already done that.
You’re not only wrong, you’re damned wrong!
Yes, he is. Although I don't really want him to be president. Poor communicator.
yes, the writer aiding and abetting Barry.
Is Rubio a NBC?
