Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.

BS! I unzipped the document that appeared to be printed on security paper. There was NO text in the .pdf. It appeared to be all graphic files to me. I have worked with text converted to .pdf and if that is what the output of OCR software is, this is not text.

Now, the layers thing to me seems unimportant. The forgery, if there is one, happened before it was scanned by the recipients who received it from the HI Dept. of Health. The document printed on white paper seemed a lot more credible to me, but there is no way of knowing how it was manipulated before the Dept. of Health printed it. Once in printed format, there is no way to trace any changes to the document.

This BC is identified by it's own stamp as an "abstract".

Does anyone know why yet? It is being assumed by media that this is simply a copy of the actual certificate, and in fact Obama himself has implied that. So why does it say abstract and why the need for something other than an exact copy?

Odd Serial #

Note that the last digit was scanned at a different resolution and contrast than the bulk of the document.

Good point, I believe that OCR data would not be pixilated, it would convert into some type of font, is that not correct? Where is Trump on this issue? Very suspicious that after all the hoopla he has done on the birth certificate that he would accept this document without question.

It was done long ago. December of 2008. He was hoping he wouldn’t have to use the faked document but the poll number and public opinion polls regarding this issue, plus Trump, forced his hand.

This is when the fix was done:

Pardon me if I recap a bit but here’s what stops me. I’ve always said just show me the doctor’s signature on the “certificate of live birth “ and I’ll shut up. I lived in Hawaii all the years Obamuzzie was growing up and I figured I probably knew the Doc. Still checking on that part but my son was born in HI not long after “O” was and we have all the versions of his birth docs. All the original birth forms used by the hospitals in HI are on white paper standard forms. The copy of my son’s original “certificate—” is a photostat (dark field w/white text) . A few years ago we needed another certified copy of that and it also came as a photostat. Maybe in the interim HI has shifted to another photocopy process but there is no way they’ve done away with all the white-paper-forms. So how the bleep did they copy “O”’s original white paper form so that it now has a security paper background? At a minimum the thing “O” showed us is NOT a true copy!!! The Hawaiian Gods do not have that much mojo. Since we have our own versions of the same documents we tried to do this. Here at the farm we’re not exactly without resources but we could not get it done. So maybe the next question should go the Hawaiian Health/Records Dept. to get them to update us on the technology they’re using? Can’t possibly be a secret? Shouldn’t be embarrassing? Ought to be REALLY easy to explain? If they won’t do it then we know they made it up—————just sayin’
