This BC is identified by it's own stamp as an "abstract".
Just as I was sort of putting this matter to rest and accepting the release, your statement has me thinking (cheers from the gallery). For it was stated that the good doctor Alvin T. Onaka PhD, had signed many, many forms. He had medical treatment for the damage to his hand in doing this. Therefore a rubber stamp was created with his signature.
Obviously there was a chance for his staff to use it. This stamp seemed to be for the purpose of the short form. Simply that an archivist or clerk had viewed the original form and transcribed the main details. Nothing wrong with that of course.
Now it seems to me that there was no need for such a use of the stamp in this case. For it purports to be the original long form. I thought and it is only a thought, that why did not the good doctor actually sign the long form on the back with his personal signature?. I presume his hand is now healed.
These and a few other questions, lead me to observe that "the jury is still out" on the latest release.
The stamp used says "TRUE COPY OR ABSTRACT". Its one or the other, not both. The Certification of Live Birth, the document we saw 2 years ago, is an abstract of the original record, i.e. it is a summary using the database version of the record. A Certificate of Live Birth, the document we got Wednesday, is a true copy of the original. One stamp, used on both.
I looked at a COLB that was printed in 2007 and it had the same certifying statement as there is now. I’m thinking maybe they switched to that statement when they started printing out computer-generated abstracts, so their certifying stamp would work with either a long-form or a short-form. Sure makes it seem like Onaka’s 2001 order that they wouldn’t print long-forms any more seem like a fabrication, if the registrar’s stamp used specific wording that could apply to both long-forms and COLB’s.
What hinders everything is the fact that both the HDOH and Obama are liars who break laws and rules as easily as they blink, and almost as often. And that is the problem. Post-modernism, where everybody decides on their own truth, doesn’t work in real life, but that’s what we’ve got in the White House right now and in government offices all over the country - people who make up their own truth as necessary so nobody can ever know anything.
It says "true copy or abstract". It's a "one size fits all" type of stamp. It means nothing.
Because there is not a document to do a direct copy from. He never received a legit Certificate of Live Birth. My guess is that he made an application and it was not approved because inadequate proof was given so they never acted on it. He has faked his way through life to this point. Somebody finally found a way to display both approved and application files in the system and printed the "abstract", which is only meant to disceive us. hee hee hee Good luck Charlie Brown
