Pretty extensive including prostitution and assault.
Nice find.
You mean the vic was not a LGBT?
Whew! For a while I thought it was a HATE crime...
I know, I know- and I’m not doubting anything you’ve said. It’s just frustrating...
I have my own data base to search
Yeah, that is not a good track record. Guilty of malicious destruction of property, guilty on prostitution, a plea-bargain guilty to “disorderly conduct,” meaning that prostitution was probably the underlying arrest. Also a not-guilty on another assault.
I’m not saying the beating victim is the same person, but wouldn’t it be a bit odd, even in a large city like Baltimore, for there to be a 22-year-old “Chrissy Lee Polis” and a 22-year-old “Christopher Lee Polis” (he was born in 2008)?
They should both be charged with attempted kidnapping as well.
No, it does not. Hate crime legislation is wrong no matter who the victim is. These perps should be charged with aggrevated assault, attempted murder, and attempted kidnapping. Those three felonies should suffice. No 'thought crime' charges are needed.
6 foot tall, 135 lbs?....It would be quite a coincidence.
If the victim is a dude cross dresser (he/she, ladyboy) then it will be interesting to see if the gays push for a hate crime. It won’t be a hate crime due to the victim being white but might be if the victim is GLBT. Hope that if the victim is a dude that the gays have a hissy fit over this.
I agree with you 100%. But hate crime laws do exist and, if this doesn’t qualify according to Obama and Holder, then they are both through. Mark my words, the older woman will be charged with a federal hate crime.
youy got it clear as a bell they moved 1st victim and were trying to get victim outside..a lot of people dont know it but if you dont let someone leave it can be false imprisonment...
“nor would the DOJ under Eric Holder ever consider any civil rights violations.”
It wasn’t that long ago that Eric Holder was declaring everyone in the U.S. “a nation of cowards.” His silence and inaction on this racist hate-filled beating demonstrates that Holder is the only coward.
I will state with absolute certainty that our US Justice Dept will not prosecute these women for hate crimes. And Obama and Holder will contine on deciding which thoughts are legal and which ones are not until they are voted out of office on Jan 20, 2013.
And this is yet another reason why hate crimes legislation is wrong.
This report happened on the 17th, the woman was assaulted on the 18th.
It may be a B-more ping, but perusing the BaltimoreSun website does not bring up the article and the FR link requires a ‘plug-in’ that I don’t have. I guess only fatalities rate their own headline, not mere beatings.
Here is a link to a much more worthy article, which also is getting zero/minimal attention.

I wonder if this soldier is a descendant of people that lived in or worked on the Hampton Mansion estate before the Civil War? He certainly has a famous name.
Except that the incident dates are not the same as mcdonalds.
At least those that paid attention to the state fair last summer and Beat Whitey nights.
****
We all better pray for cool weather this summer. As our economy gets worse, the Radical Left are going to exploit the tendency of certain people to act out their grievances. It could get Really Ugly, especially in areas of high incidence of poverty.
Just saw this:
Chrissy Lee Polis was the elderly woman to tried to intervene and was punched in the face by one of the black women. She is not the woman being severely beaten in the video.
