Unbelieveable! I guess he doesn’t believe we should abide by the US Constitution.
Who his father is would change things dramatically if his father was an American citizen and he in fact was born in Hawaii.

It is the responsibility of the Congress and the Electors to determine the qualifications for office of a person running or elected to the Presidency. That was done and the now clearly unqualified Obama was qualified nevertheless. That effort was obviously flawed and was done purposely by the Dems with the GOP looking the other way. A criminal action in my view. But that qualification process is not the business of the courts and I don't believe the courts will support any action to overturn the legitimacy of Obama 2008.
Now Obama 2012 is quite another matter since the country is awaking to the fraud. The pressure to expose that fraud has been kept alive by WND, FR and many others and Trump has clearly lit the fuse that was ready and waiting. We need to keep that fuse going until the Obama bomb explodes in late 2011 or early in 2012. It will, for a time, destroy the Dem Party if successful and give control of the Presidency and the Congress to the GOP, hopefully a Tea Party dominated GOP.
This is our best strategy for taking back the country and that is why the Birthers are right and the GOP establishment is wrong.
But exposing the Obama Fraud will not, IMHO, reverse Presidential actions of the first Obama term.

A certification of LYING about a NONEXISTENT document IS NOT equivalent to the original. SINCE THE LFBC EXISTS AND THERE IS A "CERTIFICATION" OF IT, WHY NOT SHOW IT?
Can't get any simpler than that. Moreover, while you're at it, where are the "education" records? If they don't exist, it means one thing; there was NO "education!" Yes it would. But even Obie said his father is Barack Sr.
So unless he wants to admit that is someone else then the facts (known) remain that he isn’t eligible for President.
And if it did turned out his father is someone else who is a citizen, I would think at the very least he could be Impeached for fraudulently representing himself as someone who he is not.
Either way. The guy is still a phony.
I found it rather odd to have someone in FR posted a link to “Wikpedia” rather than a more direct link to the Constitution.

Well, yeah. I took the statement (you commented about) to mean just that.
To the best of my knowledge, because both parties are deceased, Zippo would have to present a compelling reason to the court to change the ruling.
The only compelling reason he could present for the necessity to be declared a NBC instead of just plain citizen would be so he could run for president.
He would have had to change it before he ran for president and have a court declare him a NBC so he would be eligible to run for president.
That lie keeps getting repeated, but it isn’t true. US law, constitution, and case law says otherwise.
I asked this person "cloak" or whatever their name is to explain. But never did. Why go any further, I ask myself until I get an answer.
Huck's condescending, preachy and irritating attitude makes my skin crawl. He calls for retreat in such a self-righteous way.

Every person who dropped the ball or looked the other way when vetting Obama’s eligibility should - in the very least - loose their government pension and any benefits connected to their position of power.
I think CU will accept them now, but not in the early 80's.

Because, in that case, the lawyer’s own actions are the issue.
Titles he recorded before he was disbarred are not invalid because he misrepresented himself. Those who acted in good faith based on his lies are not at fault.
In the case of the person calling himself “Obama”, almost all of his actions have been carried out by civil officers of the United States, and THEIR actions are not invalidated by whatever “Obama” has done or not done.
Trump should get more informed, or if he knows this already, he needs to spring this well known Obama fact.
BHO junior’s daddy was not an American.
Therefore BHO junior is not eligible.
Doesn’t matter where he was born.
