So unless he wants to admit that is someone else then the facts (known) remain that he isn’t eligible for President.
And if it did turned out his father is someone else who is a citizen, I would think at the very least he could be Impeached for fraudulently representing himself as someone who he is not.

It is not constructive to dwell on that extremely unlikely event, however. If every single birther theory were proven true, published on page one of the New York Times, and announced by Dan Rather on a CBS news special, there aren't ten Senators that would vote to convict.
