Who his father is would change things dramatically if his father was an American citizen and he in fact was born in Hawaii.

Yes it would. But even Obie said his father is Barack Sr.

So unless he wants to admit that is someone else then the facts (known) remain that he isn’t eligible for President.

And if it did turned out his father is someone else who is a citizen, I would think at the very least he could be Impeached for fraudulently representing himself as someone who he is not.

Either way. The guy is still a phony.
