7:46 PM Central Time:
Statement from JoAnne Kloppenburg campaign manager Melissa Mulliken:
"Wisconsin voters as well as the Kloppenburg for Justice Campaign deserve a full explanation of how and why these 14,000 votes from an entire City were missed. To that end, we will be filing open records requests for all relevant documentation related to the reporting of election results in Waukesha County, as well as to the discovery and reporting of the errors announced by the County. We are confident that election officials in Waukesha County will fulfill these requests as quickly as possible so that both our campaign and the people of Wisconsin can fully understand what happened and why. Just as Assistant Attorney General Kloppenburg has run to restore confidence in the court, Wisconsin residents also deserve to have full confidence in election results."

Unlike Rats who “find” boxes of ballots when their candidate is behind.
My first thought is the not implausible explanation whereby remnants of ACORN's election activist teams had managed to sequester these votes but before they could be destroyed someone found and presented them for recording. We'll see ... maybe ...
Let’s see Kloppenburg/Trumka collectively bargain their way out of this. I needed a pick me up today. This is the best news I could ever get.
It sure is.
But that isn't what happened. The spreadsheet summary given to AP showed a zero instead of 14,000, as if nobody in the town of Brookfield had voted. That's a fairly glaring typo/omission, if one bothers to skim through the data. The clerk who prepared the spreadsheet had the data, but didn't refresh the spreadsheet before delivering the summary to AP.
Kloppenburg and the Democrats are now going to manufacture some smoke and diversion. They KNOW the mechanism involved in the erroneous report, now they want to take the hide of the [GOP partisan] country clerk who forgot to hit refresh before giving AP an obviously incomplete spreadsheet.
What’s funny is how much stationery, business cards, email addys etc have already been ordered from the printer!
And catering ordered from the caterers! Ha ha! Gotta cancel all that now.
There is NO law that says they must be reported to the AP either the night of the election or any other time. In fact it might be a good idea to stop all reporting to the MSM. Let people wait until the official count from the "official" state office is released....particularly when the contest is close.
They were not misplaced. From what I heard from presser, it was new software and operator error problem....the votes were counted but not sent to AP....software settings such that clerk thot Brookfield’s votes had been sent to AP, but had not. So the double-checking of the Canvassing found the errors which were didn’t standout as voter turnout exceeded normal April election totals.
What does he have to do with this?
TONY, THAT’S OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That’s the true crime here - Giving erroneous information to the AP.

Great Pic! Thank you for posting :)
Just a thought. Everyone get a plastic fork, and send it to her - cause she is done!
Check out post #15 !!!
I would like very much to believe in this case that we Republicans have finally caught on to union democrat ballot tactics, but after seeing the 18 minute video over on Hotair.com, I’m convinced how the error happened and how it was found. It was could not have been more transparant how it all happened and the democrat who was a county chairman vouched for the lady who explained what had happened.
The liberal press didn not like the results and asked plenty of questions but couldn’t confound the truth of the matter or the lady’s sincerity.
Funny thing is the results were clearly erroneous. Realtime observers knew the counts could not be right.
Not to excuse the clerk for the "typo," but AP is obviously careless in review of the information it promulgates.
Of course the media told everyone that Kennedy won the popular vote but that was questionable (1) if the fraudulent votes were subtracted, Nixon may have had a plurality of popular votes and (2) they count all the Alabama Democrat votes as Kennedy votes even though the electors split between Kennedy and Byrd and who knows what the individual voter wanted when he voted the Democratic ticket?
I want to know why Kloppenburg calls her campaign “Kloppenburg for Justice”?
It’s anything but.
Tony, that is some fine, fine work!
Well done!
She was running for Justice on the Supreme Court.
