An Arizona state lawmaker who's backing a bill to force presidential candidates to prove their constitutional qualifications says he is meeting with current king of the birthers Donald Trump on Friday at his Manhattan office tower.
State Rep. Carl Seel, backer of HB2177 – a bill that has been moving through the state legislature in Arizona – plans to meet with Trump to talk about his piece of legislation, which would require a "certified birth certificate" for presidential candidates appearing on the ballot starting next year.

John — it is not within the Constitutional power of the Judiciary to remove a sitting President. Only the U.S. Congress can remove a sitting President.
In past history two Senators were elected who were not U.S. citizens. They were removed from the Senate and their names stricken from the records as though they had never existed, so the Senate handles it own dirty laundry, so to speak.
Congress decided that the power to remove usurpers from the U.S. Presidency was delegated to the District Court of Washington, D.C. The method is Quo warranto.
Don’t blame SCOTUS for not assuming the Constitutional role of Congress.

Various news outlets are reporting this evening that Rep. Carl Seel (R-Phoenix) will be meeting with Donald Trump at Trump Tower in New York City on Friday, April 8, to discuss the presidential eligibility bill sponsored by Seel in the Arizona legislature.
The Post & Email has been told that a small number of other people were invited to attend the meeting in addition to Seel, who stated that he was “surprised and pleased to be invited to a meeting.

However, the Judiciary would be the branch of government that IS responsible for making a determination as to the meaning of the Constitutional requirement "natural born Citizen."
They *could* find Barry inelligible.
At that point, he's been found to be a usurper. Congress has no role if he is a usurper. It would be law enforcement issue then.
