Netherlands threatened via YouTube video
http://www.rnw.nl/english/video/netherlands-threatened-youtube-video
What absolute NONSENSE! What IGNORANCE! I was there. Were you? I was actively informed/INVOLVED on a daily basis with EVENTS, and facts, not your mind-boggling fiction - not MISINFORMED as whoever you have talked to has done a good job on you. People disappearing by the thousands? Are you kidding? This is meant as a joke?
About half the population of whom some 65% WERE under the age of 25 - people could read and write but were definitely not EDUCATED nor politically savvy. There were a TOTAL of some 24 executions in Iran during the 30-year monarchy - the Mulahs murdered soem 30,000 MEK followers.
It’s almost as if you have taken the details of what the Mullahs did to the populace - not only the Mojaheddin but attributed the savagery and brutality to the monarchy! Are you serious? Not even the Communist party the Tudeh level such fanciful accusations at a monarchy with which they were at odds.
You are spouting nonsense that even Amnesty International refutes. Are you trying to whitewash the MEK for some reason best known to yourself?
Wow! Talk about poisoned DIS-information about the late Monarchy! And YES, the MEK (with whom I currently have no quarrel as the enemy of my enemy the Mullahs, being my friend for now) has definitely devolved and become a Mariam Rajavi CULT.
I KNOW MORE ABOUT THEM THAN YOU EVER WILL and you do everyone a disservice by the pollution you are spewing. The last time I heard such blather was from the Islamic regime shills and even they were not as virulent or off target!
You should be ashamed of planting such biased nonsense - and NONSENSE it is - in the public arena. Good grief!
Choose your information sources better than that to avoid being given such B.S. to propagate and read up a little better to avoid being so naive as to swallow what you have been fed.
What you have written so fully describes the Mullahs that perhaps you got shilled by a MEK person who is among those the Mullahs infiltrated into the MEK to split them up. That’s the kindest excuse I can find for you being so far off reality. Almost on another planet.
It takes a lot to spark me off like this but your commentary is unconscionable. And it’s your information under attack not you though it’s sad you could fall so naively for the nonsense you were fed.
A parallel of your “presentation” would be to describe Obama as a deep seated, dyed in the wool Constitutional Republican conservative and expect people to believe you. Good grief. Get real.
Looks like you ran into a stealth Jimmy Carter troll.
I sadly think MestaMachine did and swallowed it hook line and sinker. Easily happens unless you are an expert on the subject and so few are. As you can see I could not believe my eyes.
I noticed that you had a thing or two to say about it. heh
Are you trying to tell me that savak didn’t exist in the form I said it did; did not act in the manner I posted; that they were NOT operating over here in this country with impunity; that pahlevi was NOT a corrupt dictator who ruled Iran with an iron fist; whose people simply “misunderstood” him and that is why they ended up turning to the mullahs who were twice as bad?
Because if that is what you are saying, and you say you were there, I need to ask WHERE.
“Highly placed,” you said. Highly placed where?
Be careful how you answer me FARS, because I don’t take to accusations kindly.
You MUST be kidding.
That is absolute garbage of supernatural proportions. When will people who have influenced you cease to spread such rubbish? Most likely, Never. Had the Shah, and even the incompetent Savak done a fraction of all those things you mention, there would've been no Khomeini et al, No MeK (aka MKO), and no Islamic Revolution, which Carter & most Western gov'ts supported - that is a fact.
And, Yes, the CIA does support the Mullahs' regime. Because as long as Iran is under the thumb of an extraordinarily repressive regime such as the mullahs', the Western gov'ts get their fix of oil, they do not care. Unlike the Mullahs' regime, and contrary to the anti-monarchy info you so liberally spread, the Shah, whilst having pro-modernization & pro-Western policies, was NEVER a puppet of the West. Read A Question of Numbers
So, get better informed, before spreading nonsense. And, no most Iranians do Not wish to live under the Mullahs nor under a warped, wanky regime of MeK w/ their Islamo-Marxist ideology & practices. Take a good look around in the USA today, you'll see many pro-mullah, Islamist & leftist grps together with their "reformists" & ideological affiliates around, right up to the WH - much more than they were in the USA before 1979 revolution in Iran. Worry & write about them.
Not at all.

Are YOU insane??? Where, in any post that I have ever posted on this, or any other thread, even come remotely CLOSE to declaring that the Iranian people WANT to live under the mullahs?
Au contraire, mon cher. I said the corrupt shah was the REASON the demonic mullahs ever came to power in the first place. Frying pan, meet fire.
Do you dispute that?
And among “normal” Americans, you won’t see ANY support for the mullahs.
And among expat Iranians, you don’t see so much support for the pahlevis either. Kindly ‘splain that to me, if you would.
I so appreciate it when I am “properly” informed by “those in the know.”
I understand that your limited thinking would suggest such overly-simplified conclusion, mon cher, aadame kheng.
I so appreciate it when I am properly informed by those in the know.
And, I appreciate you've a tunnel vision reflected in your point of view. Happy days for you & what you claim to be "those in the know".
Oh...and I never said the Iranan people wanted to live under the MEK either. What I posted was the explanation, which is different than the assumption posted earlier, for WHY the MEK was attacked at THIS time IN iraq, BY iraqis, ON iran’s behalf and WHY US forces were told to stand down by THIS administration. I did not advocate on their behalf. Did not EVEN say I support them. Never took a side in this madness.
If anything, it damns BOTH iran and this administration.
Yet the you are all apoplectic over all the thngs I DIDN’T say or even intimate. Now why is that?
Perhaps you might consider telling me what my point of view is...as you see it, of course, mon cher. Because as I see it, I didn’t have one.
Explaining something from all sides is a tad different than advocating ANY point of view.
Read this thread & my post #9 on MeK (preferably a couple of times):
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2683882/posts?page=9#9
This is FR, so you can always explore/read my previous comments on Iran too.
If you have no political agenda, we can always discuss other details later as I am busy at present to have a conversation.
I did what you apparently did not. I actually read your post. And except for my inclusion of the pahlevis, exactly what have I said that differed from what YOUR post said generally.
See, I give folks on THIS thread credit for brains. Anyone can search on MEK and find what you posted...along with some mighty heavy propaganda from both sides. What they would not find is an explanation for why the iraqis attacked them NOW.
“You should be ashamed of planting such biased nonsense - and NONSENSE it is - in the public arena. Good grief!”
I will be sure to inform you when I feel ashamed. Now answer my questions.
"NOW"?! First time I heard about "liberated Iraqi troops" attacking Camp Ashraf was at least over a year ago. There were posts on FR about that at least over a yr ago (see, you should read posts, pay attention & not be selective as to what you archive in your memory).
As it stands, Iraq will continue to be more & more under the influence of the Mullahs' regime in Iran. Especially as American troops finalize their withdrawal from Iraq. That's why "liberated Iraqi troops" have been at liberty to, once again, attack un-armed ex-MeK people in Iraq now. Naturally, the people of Iraq vote..
later..
I take it you have not read this thread? Takes more than litle chutzpah to come here and accuse someone you know nothing about of anything if you don’t even understand what this entire thread is about.
As FARS so aptly put it, Good Grief!
