Donald Trump is not backing down from his demand that President Barack Obama produce his birth certificate and stepped up his criticism by questioning why he has not released other personal records, including college transcripts and legislative papers.
The billionaire real estate tycoon and star of “The Apprentice” created a stir on Wednesday when he said on “The View” that Trump must release his birth certificate.
Now Trump has reiterated his call in an exclusive interview with Newsmax.TV, with this simple message for Obama: Why don’t you produce your birth certificate and put to rest all speculation that you were born outside the United States?
He says Obama’s birth certificate controversy is a “strange situation” — there are conflicting reports as to what Honolulu hospital he was born at, and the governor of Hawaii claims he somehow remembers Obama being born 50 years ago.

I’ve got to admit, Trump is a lot smarter than I gave him credit for. If he’s really serious about making a run in 2012 then playing this card, right now, the way he’s doing it, is a pretty shrewd move.
Speaking of Obama's half sister, where is she? Does she have anything to say about any of this?

I like the way he repeats the common sense stuff that you hear from normal people; how come no one remembers him? Why didn’t the family that lived in the house next door to where he was born remember them (like a salt and peppa couple wasn’t unusual in the 60’s) and no school pictures or chums, except the Pki kids he went to the middle east with...good stuff. Not taking on the born there or not, directly, but the WTF factor that surrounds the mystery.
Obama is a fake - and does not qualify for the US President role - that is why he will continue to LIE and HIDE behind a weakling facade...
Donald has nothing to lose and everything to gain by facing this issue, which all the other Republican possible Pres candidate cowards refuse to touch.

Trump taking this on is a good thing. He’s as much a show onto himself that if all blows up in his face, it’s mostly his face. If he gets some traction out of it, more power to him!

My thought is that she renounced her citizenship prior to having Obama.
Donald Trump is the perfect person to be doing this. He’s not a flake and he’s not a politician. He’s a no nonsense kind of guy, and when he raises the question of Obama’s birth certificate, somehow it just sounds like common sense.
