Palin: Gaddafi must go
The Hill ^ | 03/24/2011 | Staff

Posted on 03/24/2011 8:07:45 AM PDT by OldDeckHand

On Fox Wednesday night, Sarah Palin said U.S. intervention in Libya will be a failure if Muammar Gaddafi remains in power.

"America will have failed if we turn over command-and-control of this mission, and the mission of ousting Gaddafi is not fulfilled.

It will be failure."

Go back and read them for yourself, ex-wife troll. You wrote them. Do you make your hen-pecked hubby do everything for you, too?

Wow.... you're an angry little fellow, aren't you? I think it would be best if you didn't drink before noon.

(I just feel we need to save our resources - for Iran or North Korea)

Hey, I'm with you on this. But this is Obama's mess anyway. If Dear Reader hadn't let our ally Mubarak fall in Eqypt, we wouldn't be having a civil war in Libya. Under Dubya, Qadaffi tucked his tail and went and sat in the corner, real quiet-like. He didn't want Dubya's hammer to come out of Iraq and smack him. Qadaffi KNOWS Obama is a ditherer, which is why he's acting up.

I agree with your assessment.
I’m also getting he impression she thinks payback is loooong overdue. Retribution should have been decisive and swift.

There was no quote, jerk. It was my opinion.

"She said she also thought the Libyan rebels would kill Qadaffi..."

How is that just an opinion?

It's not. It's you lying.

For example, enforce a no-fly-zone and protect the rebels until they did the work to oust Qadaffi, then support those rebel factions who weren't al-Qaeda or Iran-influenced (there have got to be some) so that they form a new government, not the whack jobs. Go in, do the job, shake hands with the winners we pick, tell them we will buy their oil, and get out.

Well put.

Sorry, using my droid at the moment, have yet to figure out how to make a link with it. But I have more of a problem with the affirmative action type statement than anything.

a) I don't drink, b) you weren't there on the other thread to see the ex-wife troll nagging me to death, and c) yes, her constant bashing of Palin draws my ire, so let that influence your future behavior on these pro-Palin threads.

He’s not going anywhere short of troops dragging him out... and frankly there is no damned REASON WE SHOULD BE THERE!!!!

Momar is ZERO threat to the region or the US. He’s been effectively contained for nearly 3 decades.

What happened in Libya is a rebellion.. they had some early success, and were on the verge of being absolutely whiped out, as any rebellion that fails is!!

Why the international community has put our boys in harms way for this is nonsensical to me. There was no risk of genocide, so humanitarian reasons is stupid. The civil war as literally HOURS from being over when the west and mostly the US started flinging bombs and cruise missiles.

If the goal was humanitarian, then a few more hours the war was over the rebels crushed and while I am no fan of Momar, mop up operations would go into effect and Libya would return to its status quo.

The excuses and lies being spewed by this administration are appalling! They are bald faced.. they are illegal, tehy are immoral and they are traitorous. And all the Bush lied people died crowd, quietly sits and says nothing.

Impeach this bastard already.

It amazes me to watch the Palin supporters blindly sandbagging for her. When ever she opens her mouth to the press, she volunteers her own public criticism.

It's actually funny and entertaining to watch her supporters try to “clarify” what they “think” she was trying to say, or what they think she really meant to say and then fully agreeing with it regardless of how ignorant her nonsensical ramblings appear.

I'm not lying; I thought you were referring to the other thread where indylindy was nagging me for a Palin quote on another topic. I apologize; the ex-wife troll has gotten under my skin.

I heard Palin say she thought Qadaffi's own people would dispatch him on the the interview in Greta, posted on Palin TV:

http://www.palintv.com/2011/03/23/governor-palin-on-the-record-with-greta-van-susteren-march-23-2011/

I don't know if there's a transcript available. But the quote's there, and you should watch the whole interview anyway. It's one of the better interviews Palin's done.

Liar is right.

Up thread this guy stated about palin that...

"She said she also thought the Libyan rebels would kill Qadaffi..."

An outright claim of what she said.

When asked politely (I even said please) to provide the source he wrote...

"There was no quote, jerk. It was my opinion."

Now these guys are admitting (unwittingly) that they pull palin stuff out of their ears and present them as fact.

It's equally amusing to us Palin supporters to watch the PDSer's like you come in and attribute all kinds of malice and policies to her that she does not espouse.

You think you sound all "above the fray" on this, chuckling at the lower life forms you take Palin supporters to be. In fact, it makes you sound like a sniveling adolescent.

No liquor or lying are involved with anything I write.

But funny you should mention them; are those the things that make it easier for hubby to put up with your constant nagging?

He pulls it out of somewhere, but it comes from a cavity on the lower part of his anatomy. LOL

Hey I invite anyone to go through Mondays threads and see if they can prove what he whines about is true. It isn’t.

All I did was ask him a question, as you did, and he got all nasty and whined to the mods.

To someone like you. Normal discourse is nagging. That is because you are an untrained mental midget.

Now post what you claim I said and go away.

The lies are coming from your nagging mouth, or the other orifice you mentioned. (Keep going; pissant was zotted for his nasty mouth, too.)

I don't want to go off-topic on OldDeckHand's thread here, but I never saw a troll squeal as much as you did when "Abuse" was justifiably reported on them.
