Dancing In The Street As Governor Palin Arrives In Israel
Sheya ^ | March 19, 2011 | Staff Writer

Upon Governor Palin’s arrival Israelis will be celebrating the festivities of Purim.

Purim is the day Jews celebrate the story of Esther. It’s a very festive day. Kids dress up and food gifts are distributed to family and friends. People are very joyous and its common to see lots of singing and dancing in the streets. It’s customary to drink lots of wine on Purim. It is also a day of giving a lot of money to charity.

Everywhere in the world, including most of Israel, Purim began at sundown on Saturday night and ends after sundown on Sunday night.

In Jerusalem however, Purim takes place one day later and begins at sundown Sunday and ends after sundown Monday.

Governor Palin will join Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for dinner in Jerusalem on Monday evening; The Purim dinner!

He got incredibly smutty about Sarah. I mean way over the top. I can’t even repeat it here.

Who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for [such] a time as this?

Esther 4:14

How ironic she will be there for the feast of Queen ESTHER ! If you don’t know the story of Esther, read the book of Esther in the Bible. It’s pretty short, it’s an easy read... and it’s one of the best (in my opinion) in the Bible. Sarah has always reminded me of that story - right down to the BEAUTY CONTEST !!!

Tea-publicans. Geez, I like the sound of that one and the local REC is going to cringe over it. Going to send it to the executive director of our local Tea Party Patriots group.

I, like so many others, am pleased that ole’ pissant is gone. He did a very effective job of diverting the conversation and at times I had to weigh in on him as well. Others were right that when someone finally zinged him, he just diverted and continued. Obviously a plant from our buddy Karl or someone with the need for a frontal lobe adjustment.

Some serious PDS going on in this thread.

Pissant Derangement Syndrome.

I’d say over 2/3 of the posts in this thread are about him.

————She was pitch perfect in India as well——

For those of us who are crass, the real benefit, the secondary reason beyond meeting and greeting, is money. The funding obtained will depress the primary field.

It is getting real interesting

RC, every country has a dossier on Hussein, it is standard procedure. There was a flap a while back because Canada refused to release their dossier, too damaging.

If Canada's dossier is too damaging, can you imagine what the Israeli's have on him? If they wanted to help Sarah, Bibi could simply give her a copy. No need for opposition research.

Either a woman spawned him badly or he has mommy issues, but his hate towards women was clear as day.

The most fanatical Palin haters I have seen have been homosexuals. I guess either they're

a) jealous of all the attention she gets from men, and how it diminishes their chances

b) hoping to get Todd all to themselves

c) both

Incidentally, the other thing that struck me *IMMEDIATELY* about pissy and his crew, is how readily they resorted to the supercilious, condescending phrases such as "Palinistas" or "cult".

This has all the earmarks of a professional campaign, particularly a Dem campaign. Dems are constitutionally incapable of viewing anyone primarily as an individual, but MUST assign them comfortably to a group, and relate to them solely on that basis.

(Second incidentally, that's why they hate Palin: she transcends the stereotypes of the groups they assign her to, and in a way that even laypersons can see by inspection. Kind of like Clarence Thomas.)

Cheers!

Exactly, nothing hardens the metal like actual combat, both in a figurative and real sense. Thatcher didn’t get her prominence because she was in the House of Lords, but only after her steely resolve was on full display during the Faulklands War. She was mocked and ridiculed much in the same way as Sarah is today but not on the world stage. I beleive we have yet to see the full capability of this woman and she will enter into the same realm as lady Thatcher.
