Jim went to the VA hospital this afternoon for his scheduled checkup.
They admitted him. His remaining leg is not looking good. Three surgeons will confer tomorrow morning
on whether and when his right leg will be amputated.
When I talked to him this afternoon, he consented to me asking for prayers regarding this latest health issue.

Sometimes things just don’t get thought of.
I know it’s not mainstream medicine but here goes.
Medical Leaches?
They can bring down the swelling and they are able to thin the blood. It is a simple prospect for Jim’s doctors to consider.
I’m sure there is a much more informed person or two in the forum that would know a possible answer to my suggestion.

If I may does anyone know the significance of his wearing the Lincoln hat? I ask because my son served on the Lincoln (that's him in the "Y"). JimRob was on destroyers during VN. Not sure about what other ships he served on back then. Nice photo of your son by the way. 8D
