Hardline Muslim leader, Anjem Choudary, is calling for a protest, a call for Revolution, here in the United States on March 3, in front of the White House. He is rallying thousands of Muslims together to proclaim that Sharia Law be instituted in the United States of America.

Choudary says:

"We hereby call upon the Muslims in the US, particularly in New York, Michigan, Chicago and Washington DC to take lessons from their Muslim brothers and sisters in North Africa and the Middle East and rise to implement the Shari’ah in America.

On 3rd March 2011, at Pennsylvania Avenue, outside the White House, the Muslims will let the tyrant Barack Obama and the American people know that a new constitution beckons the US called the Shari’ah, and that this worldwide revolution will see it implemented inshaa’allah (God willing) very very soon."

We have spoken to Choudary today, personally, and he claims his 'divine right' to lead this 'revolution.' He will meet his followers in front of the White House from 1pm - 4pm on March 3, he says.

Now is the time that we make a very, very clear statement to radical Islam.

It is necessary that we set very clear lines for Muslims that are here in America . They are welcome to be here. They are welcome to worship. They are welcome to build mosques. Republicans win in 2012. They are going to try very hard to force an insider candidate like Gingrich or Romney on us.

Conservatives are kept too busy. Downsize some, and give a day a week to joining/starting Tea Party action groups if you really want things to change.

Get rid of the TV. Even the most aware people are swallowing subtle propaganda through the TV.

Muslim atrocities in the USA are sure to punctuate the next few years. When they occur, try to open the public debate about muslim immigration. With each new muslim atrocity, the level of public discussion about the issue deserves to increase.

Through Reception Statutes http://www.famguardian.org/Publications/PropertyRights/Precept.html passed at the creation of each state (except Louisiana, I believe, which accepted Roman Civil law,) all states accepted the English common law as their foundational law. You could not switch to Sharia law without dissolving the fundamental body of American law with its incorporated inherent “rights of Englishmen” hard won over many centuries, and its precidential consistency which preserves those rights (like juries, presumption of innocence, etc.)

English common law was the embodiment of customary law that had developed over centuries from a blend of ancient Roman Civil Law, Mosaic Law all mixed with tribal Germanic law (Danelaw) and Manorial law. English history was a tug of war between historic rights and usurpations on those rights of the freeman and the manorial nobles by various kings. The customary laws were harmonized in the Doomesday book and carried forward in the rule of stare decisis - "let the decision stand." This makes the roots of a decision today consistent with the first cases of dozens of centuries ago. The whole law becomes a network of cross-consistent decisions. This consistency protects against laws that are passed to dispossess people of their traditional rights.

[Roman civil law, by the way, is the basis of many other European socialist systems. The rights of the individual are considered surrendered in exchange for superior civil rights. For instance there is no presumption of innocence and Laws are related to Maxims or statements of the individuals right relationship with the state/collective whole.]

Sharia law is blatantly unAmerican and a threat to our inherent "rights of Englishmen", our individual human and civil rights.
