While things are falling apart in other parts of the world, things at the White House are busy — too busy to notice.
During Wednesday’s White House press briefing, newly minted Press Secretary Jay Carney responded to a question from CBS News correspondent Mark Knoller about when people might expect to hear President Barack Obama address the situation in Libya. Carney’s reason why they haven’t yet: Scheduling. (h/t Real Clear Politics Video)
“This is just a scheduling issue,” Carney said. “As I said, the president will meet with Secretary of State [Hillary] Clinton this afternoon, his regular meeting and they will obviously discuss Libya. We will have something to say out of that meeting and if possible, the president will speak this afternoon or tomorrow.”

Union goons meet with 0bama daily at the White House. I wonder how often he meets with his national security advisers. Or CIA heads. Military chiefs.

For those who remember Hillary's "3 am phone call" ad, I doubt if even the biggest skeptics considered that Obama might be too busy to take a call about a series of violent uprisings that have toppled multiple governments in countries that are economically vital to our economy.

Yeah, even though the turmoil along the northern rim of Africa has been going on for about three weeks, there's not a single carrier group in the Mediterranean. So, we have no assets positioned to help remove/protect U.S. citizens in Libya should Gadafi decide to take them as hostages, or worse. Somebody really dropped the ball on this. Needs to be an accounting and somebody’s head should roll...
I want him to keep his trap shut til we get all Americans out who want to get out.

Bahrain (and the Saudis) just tried to tribe the people in Bahrain if that fails then the Saudis are the next ones to go.
A lot of this is Shia muslims (Iran, So Iraq) going after the Sunnis (Saudi Arabia plus Iraq and Bahrain minority).

The FCC cannot shutdown Conservative Talk Radion The issue in Wisconsin is showing that the stimuklus money that was promised for roads, bridges and infrastructure was actually used for guess what the states to pay for wages and salary and union benefits to the tune of 632 million dollars of 701 million just in Wisconsin in 2009. How much of 20 billion went to keep the same jobs in 2010.
Boehner and the republicans need to start impeach proceedings and censure proceedings. I know it will not pass the senate, but it will get We The People to understand that they mean business and Odumbo will start to crack mentality and he will have to step down as a mentally ill individual Biden will step immediately. John Boehner will be the House Speaker to become the first US President to be installed as speaker to president. Because Odumbo and Biden are incomptent and unfit for the office of president and vice president.
Call Boehner’s Office in DC 1 202 225 0600, speak your mind about Defense of Marriage Act being deemed unconstitutional by the executive Odumbo. ( he has no power to deem anything unconstitutional) The president is overstepping his bounds and he is showing that his clay feet is his anger and his hatred for the Conservatives, Family Values.
Everyone needs to continue to criticize Odumbo and he will show his true feelings more and more as the Conservatives remain calm and utilize the proper avenues to get this POS not only out of office but in jail..
I believe that statement is empirically true.
If they think we believe that then I can’t wait for Obozo to resign and tell us he wants to spend more time with his family.
0bama is silent on the Libyan dictator because he is an enemy of the United States. 0bama called on Egyptian dictator Mubarak to resign because he is an ally of the United States. America’s enemies = good. Americas allies = bad. This is the axiom of 0bama’s foreign policy.
Now that 0 has to come up with something more substantive than “present” it takes more time
