Thank you for tonights thread, Ms.Lauren.
Good evening, Gang..
Okay..
Mega prayers needed tonight, as we we have two rides coming up.
We, in the Maine PGR have lost one of our own.
Please pray for:
L. Stephen “Steve” Greenleaf, 64, of Livermore Falls, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, Feb. 19, at Franklin Memorial Hospital. Steve was a member of the Maine Patriot Guard, and his family has requested the presence of the PGR at his service

Steve attended grade school in several locations, ranging from Limestone to Pennsylvania. He graduated high school from Morse High School in Bath.

Steve was an advanced EMT, and was an officer in the Livermore Falls Police Department. He was a member and past master of the Oriental Star Masonic Lodge No. 21 in Livermore Falls, the Knights Templar in Farmington, and the Patriot Guard Riders.

His passion was time spent riding his Harley-Davidson, equipped with a sidecar that was often occupied by his co-pilot and young second cousin, Noah Greenleaf.

Second set of prayers is asked for the family of Pvt Jordan Chase:
AUGUSTA, Maine — A new member of the Maine Army National Guard has died during basic training at Fort Jackson in South Carolina.

Maine Gov. Paul R. LePage’s office says Private Jordan Chase died Sunday morning from complications connected to a medical emergency.

Chase was born in Lewiston. He was a recent graduate of Gray/New Gloucester High School.

LePage says he joins all Maine residents in extending their deepest condolences to Chase’s family. He says Chase was “in training to serve and defend us all.” He says he’s saddened by Chase’s death.

Maine’s U.S. Sen. Olympia J. Snowe says the 20-year-old’s service “will live on in the collective heart of our grateful nation.” She says he “answered our country’s most honorable call” by joining the Maine Army National Guard.

Don’t mean to be a wet blanket..
Just kinda really sad tonight.
