Not the ones we listed because we looked up their license number.
I think some are missing a BIG part of the equation here...
This specific statement ONLY applies to those who work for UW. And, according to their contracts/laws there are specific actions that will take place against these doctors. Saying something is not up for public discussion does NOT necessarily mean that nothing will happen. Just that public opinion will NOT change the disciplinary rules already in place.
Also what happens to these people theough the UW system does NOT overrule whatever actions the LICENSING BOARD may take — not to mention possible criminal charges.
At least that is how I interpret these statements... People here are VERY upset - and those who are upset are not JUST Republicans and Conservatives! These antics are impacting every sector in our state. They are digging their own graves
is anyone else have their postings take forever to post and when trying to exit, you get multiple postings instead, these problem is occurring quite frequently?
What this means is that a document signed by a WI physician in their official capacity has no value whatsoever. It also means that the WI medical licensing authority is OK with false official statements by people operating under authority of the licenses that they grant.
When, and if, these physicians have their licenses permanently revoked, I will alter my opinion about the worth and value of a medical license granted by the State of Wisconsin.
Find out who from the UW system participated in perpetrating this fraud upon the state’s taxpayers, what their salary and benefits packages total, and then de-fund the UW system by that amount.
Except that it's hard to reconcile that with this statement, at least with regard to the UW School of Medicine and Public Health and the UW Medical Foundation:
Any future disciplinary action taken will be considered a personnel matter, and in accord with University of Wisconsin policies, will not be open to public discussion.
The term "double secret probation" comes to mind...
In addition to potential criminal problems like conspiracy to commit fraud against the government, etc, and numerous medical ethics problems; they also appear to have, at minimum, violated some serious patient privacy concerns....
This is big no two ways about it. Imagine what some one could do to them in court if they felt one of these Drs treated them unkindly, some kind of malpractice, all you would have to say in court was we already know you lie.
Also I wonder if one of them would mind sending me a pass for work as I am sort of gassy today and while they are at it I would like a script for some zannies and perks.
It seems to me the doctors who wrote the fraudulent sick notes, AND the teachers who took them, are both culpable???
Exactly. At least confusion could be sewn.
The strikers (they are on strike since they are not at work) can be intimidated with misinformation
Who do you trust? Dare I trust anybody? Why am i scared?
Practicing without a license, impersonating a licensed physician, just to name a couple.
The bottom line is, the UNION frauds are to be held responsible for their own actions. Course that'll never happen because liberals/socialists/marxists are never held responsible for their actions.
Fake note by fake Docs. I can’t wait to see what happens when the teachers return from their temper tantrum and find they got scammed. Hopefully it will lead to termination.
The gov’t should not be involved in the doctor/patient relationship.
The authorities should subpoena the office visit records of these doctors to see if they actually saw the teacher/patients they wrote notes for. If they’re going to claim they wrote the note(s) based on telephone consultations instead of an actual visit, they should subpoena the phone records of the doctors &/or teachers involved.
Mrs. Prince of Space
Let me help, they work for you!
“if they cant get insurance due to their fraud, they wont be able to practice anywhere.”
They’ll have to move to Haiti, and practice there!
