A new poll shows just over half of likely Republican primary voters question where President Obama was born. What’s up with “birtherism” and why does it have such staying power?
The evidence shows Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961. During the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama released a “Certification of Live Birth,” a document produced by the state of Hawaii certifying the state holds records that a person was born there.
Further, two Hawaiian newspaper announcements from 1961 tell of Obama’s birth. Janice Okubo, a spokeswoman for the Hawaii Department of Health, told the Honolulu Advertiser in July 2009 that such newspaper announcements were based on notifications from the Health Department, which received information directly from hospitals.
The certification of live birth Obama released is legally sufficient documentation to apply for a U.S. passport, but it’s not the same thing as a “long form” birth certificate, called a “Certificate of Live Birth” in Hawaii. That document is issued by hospitals and includes additional information not on the certification.

Big F’n deal its been discussed at length that the media and others are trying to mock those who want the truth. I’m not really sure what you believe to be untruthful, though. Have I misquoted people? Are the links that I provide fake? Have Dr. Fukino or Governor Lingle testified under oath somewhere and I missed it? Has some judge in America ruled Obama to be ineligible and I have hidden that fact? Has the Supreme Court agreed to hear an Obama eligibility appeal?
What could possibly be the reason to omit that statement which has always been issued before?

The members of the HDP are likely very knowledgeable of the facts. An attorney for HDP was also the attorney for Stanley Ann Dunham/Obama/Seotoro in her divorce from Seotoro. He knows the truth. And he advises HDP.
Brian Schatz submitted a worthless document to the CEO. It failed to document edibility AS REQUIRED BY LAW. So this document was legally worthless. Hence the reason the DNC had to step in. And in Hawaii law the CEO can take the slate of candidates from either organizations if they do not agree or one does not submit the slate.
Brian Schatz either tried to defraud the office of the CEO or did this dance knowing the DNC would make it right in the end. Either way, he did NOT certify Obama as eligible.
It is sort of like Tennessee not voting for AlGore. If your own state will not back you.....
I lived through the Clinton era and saw how the courageous few willing to challenge the status quo were chewed up, discredited and spat out.
And if Clinton's couldn't be held to account for his actual lawbreaking, what hope is there anyone can get to the bottom of this issue, which hinges on the proper administration of an event of 50 years ago?
I'd be happy to be proven wrong, but I'm afraid the only way to reform starts with rooting out entrenched politicians one election at a time and starting at the local level and will take years.

That takes us to education records. No former students who attended the schools 0b0z0 supposedly attended at the same time remembers him except maybe one or two paid pals playing classmates and one communist professor who also attended school with Lenin!
Everything is upside down. It reminds me of the saying :

I’ve noticed the trolls tend to spell each other off. I keep wondering what they’re trying to prove. The particular troll you mentioned is too dishonest for me. He lies on behalf of Obama, and he even lies about me, which is over the line.
But what are they trying to prove? That they’re gullible? That they believe in Obama? What?
Before he became the liar du jour on the Eligibility issue, Jamese beat Bush’s low and sinking poll numbers like they owed him money. Why?
His only break from harassing and obfuscating the Eligibility threads was to post re: Obama’s unusual rebound in polling popularity. Hmm. A pattern is emerging.

This issue has the power to take out Obama, Pelosi, Biden, Hillary... maybe Reid, depending on what he knew and when...
And there is supposed to be embedded data which shows exactly what has happened with the records since their creation. Right now I don’t even care where Obama was born. It’s the cover-up that’s the big deal. The cover-up has happened in the last 3 years, and there are supposed to be records that would document it all.
There is a degree of cooperation that has to happen, but it wouldn’t be Ken Starr and the FBI who would be choosing how to investigate. It would be a non-politician, Joe Blow whose interest in pursuing the case is to get to the bottom of the story.
The Joe Blows got to the bottom of the Clinton crap pretty well. It could never go anywhere because the people who had to prosecute the cases wouldn’t. But if the guy who stopped at the Ft Marcy Park to use the bathroom (& noticed that Vince Foster’s car wasn’t there then) had been able to sue over the case it would have gotten more action than just having a judge say the affidavit had to be included in Starr’s report (only to be left out of what Starr gave the media anyway).
The Clinton garbage was very, very disillusioning for me so I hear what you’re saying. And maybe it’s all hopeless because the corruption is too pervasive, like in “The Dark Knight”. As for me, I’m not in charge of results. God is in charge of results. My job is to be faithful in seeking justice and good, and at this point that means calling out the lies that are killing this nation we’ve been so richly blessed to have.

EVERY (without exception) presidential scandal of the last half century has warranted a grand jury investigation. It doesn’t take much intelligence to know that grand juries providing evidence for indictments are the best way to really impact a presidency and especially to impact a president.
Civil lawsuits can stay hung up on appeal for years, if not decades.
And besides, there are no issues of standing to get in the way of a criminal investigation by any prosecutor with the courage to launch such a probe.

I'm old school, I assume you and your pals have no curiosity (no pinging for a word, not a screen name) to find out how Brilliant is the One and only through his school records that if truly outstanding, they would have been shoved down our throats hourly to prove how a bunch of dummies the US population is.
As a professor, I would like to grade 0b0z0's education records. I suspect the records should be grated like a parmesan cheese.
