Governor Jan Brewer just announced ....on behalf of the State of Arizona, she is suing the Federal Government. There are 5 counts....1/ failure to achieve operational control over the Mexico/Arizona border...2/ failure to protect Arizona from invasion...to enforce immigration laws...

It is criminal negligence and when one of these illegals blows a bunch of children and women up in our country because these policy makers opened the borders,I fear violence.

The Republican house should appropriate money to pay Arizona for theses failures just to make the point.
That the Federal Government does have enumerated responsibility that the Democrats can’t keep ignoring in-favor of spending all of our money on unauthorized domestic socialist programs.
Arizona needs to join with othr states and make this a class action lawsuit to really hold the governments feet to the fire.

Every Republican Governor in the country should IMMEDIATELY get on board and stand behind her, publically, loudly, and with as much fanfare as possible.
