Through the simple act of resigning as the United States Ambassador to China, John Huntsman, Jr., has injected considerable excitement into the 2012 Republican presidential sweepstakes. The sheer attention the mere possibility of the businessman-turned governor-turned diplomat is attracting says much about the current state of the race and even more about what the partys primary voters may be seeking in their next presidential nominee.
The first thing a possible Huntsman candidacy would bring to the 2012 campaign is a new face. Republicans often say that they want such a thing, but seldom get around to nominating it. This is, after all, the party that put a man named Nixon, on five of its national tickets, another named Dole on two, and two named Bush on six. Of the dozen or so Republicans likely to pursue the nomination, several sought the presidency or the vice presidency before, others were considered as possibilities, while the rest are all known to party circles for their work in past administrations, party affairs, and Congress.

Huntsman is the one who said the Porkulus “wasn’t big enough”, and responded to states who complained about the Porkulus by scolding “well...they don’t have to take the money if they don’t like it.” WHAT A DREAM “CONSERVATIVE”!!!
Terry McAwful’s twin.
I haven’t felt this much excitement since John Kerry tried to explain how he could park his yacht in Rhode Island to skip out on paying state taxes.
I like the cut of his jib.
And as a bonus, water runs off of his back like a duck’s.
Huntsman is Pro-Illegal/Anti-American and will never get my vote.
Pro-illegal? He’ll fit right in with 90% of the others pining to run
looks gay
who is left? Bachmann, DeMint, Cain ...
I watch Beck and I recall seeing a guest named HUntsman but he was much older. Could he be the father of this Huntsman?
Yep. All three are rocked ribbed conservatives. That’s how I like ‘em.

BTW, this is a teachable moment to those of you who repeat ad naseum that I want anyone but Palin. No, I sure as hell dont. Not Huntsman, or Newt, or Mitt, or Tpaw, or Barbour, or Trump, or Johnson, or Huck, or Jeb, or Paul, or Mitch, or Santorum, or Roemer, or Pataki, or Gregg, or Dobbs, or Thune, or Bloomberg...Nice try but your fraud is showing.
If you put as much effort into searching out and posting as many negative articles about any one of those like you do Palin you could almost prove you aren't a fraud or a liar...even a troll.
Trust me, when the day comes that there is a Huntsman or Newt cult taking root, I’ll be there so fast it will make your head spin. Do you remember Rudy and his gang of sycophants? No one, and I mean no one, came down as hard or as often as I did. And Mitt as well, though I had stiff competition on exposing him. And Fred? No one came close.
And THAT is why he NOT is in the real picture...
except as GOP spoiler for Obama and Reid.
Glide and I were talking just the other day about Lee L. Mercer Jr. and how much we missed him! All three.
We want him to run again. He is epic.
Excitement?
Say.... whaT????
'Sounds' to me like this headline was created by that Harvard MBA pair, Meg Whitman & Mitt Romney.
Doesn't that sound like something they'd come up ... in order to do some 'stealth' BRANDING by assigning FALSE adjectives to a NON-event?
How utterly embarrassing for Jon Huntsman, presumably anyone other than the mittities would see that there is something entirely wrong with this article - which so brings to mind that money can buy everything.
Plus, he could split Kucinich’s core voters.
Have they ever discovered his son??
Thanks.
I meant, "Have they ever discussed his son?"
lol
Just who is he trying to kid???
