Mubarak's son Gamel, has fled the country with his wife.
Did they take any Gold with them?
Saw this reported yesterday. Thought I heard Mubarak’s wife had fled also.
“Taking part in the protest were supporters of former UN nuclear watchdog chief Mohammed El Baradei, the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood, the opposition al-Ghad party, the al-Wafd party and supporters of the ‘6 April’ movement.”
Interesting group.
Lebanon, Tunisia and now Egypt.
Radicals and extremists are clamoring for power and control.
If they succeed, look for a lot less freedom and liberty in that region of the world.
Many countries in Africa and the Middle East have some of the worst human rights violations not to mention the fact that many countries in these areas are dominated by dictatorships, totalitarian governments, tyrannical rulers and despots who rob their citizens blind and keep them living in poverty and despair on purpose and use their own private armies and military to put down rebellions and revolutions. The US unfortunately bears some responsibility here for propping up some of these governments and providing them with foreign aid - aid that never reaches the people it is intended for but instead windsup in the hands of the leaders of these countries.
Seems to be a trend.
There should be an island of misfit rulers somewhere.

Uh oh. As bad as Mubarak is, what would follow him would be even worse.
This could get ugly real quick.

Palestinians
Sudan
Worldwide unrest. More so than usual.
We all know what that means.
A new radical Egypt will emerge in preparation for war with it’s neighbors and the West in general.
This is very, very, bad for America, Israel, Saudi’s, and Europe.
Time to start pulling the chip boards out of those F-16 systems.
You forgot Venezuela, right across the border and eat up with iranians.
Come quickly Lord Jesus, or give us wisdom and strength.
Mubarak was heard to say, “I’d walk a mile for a Gamel.”

They are enboldened by a muslim president and very weak foreign policy *especially* toward muslim radicals.
With Obama going down in flames, they want to make their moves before 2012.
