HAWAII GROUND REPORT: Could Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie not be as incompetent and foolish as he appears, but orchestrating a deliberate birth certificate recovery dead end to cover his own papakole? UPDATED: Mystery solved! Reason Obama will not release birth certificate is because his name is legally written Barry Soetoro on it
Heres an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombies bizarre backtrack on releasing Obamas birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obamas birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives
and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

Now you’ve got me guessing, is that where you think the missing arm went?
DIVORCES ON THE GROUND OF THE NULLITY OF THE MARRIAGE
CONTRACT.
Sec. 1.The Supreme Court, any Circuit Court, or any Justice of the Supreme Court at chambers, may, by a sentence of nullity, declare void the marriage contract for either of the following causes, existing at the time of the marriage.
3. That the husband had an undivorced wife living, or the wife had an undivorced husband living or that either party being divorced, was the guilty party in such divorce, and that the former husband or wife was then living.
4. That the husband being a foreigner has failed to comply with the requirements of the law validating marriages with the female subjects of this kingdom.
5. That one of the parties was an idiot or lunatic.
6. That one of the parties was impotent or physically incapable of entering into the marriage state.
I guess in their case it was number 5, they were both idiots and lunatics!
Great research, obviously time for me to leave the thread as gracefully as I’m able.
thanks, looking for the children of Ralph, the brother of Stanley Armour, and his wife Elzabeth (Betty) Smith, whom he married in 1947, in Canada.
Was Elizabeth married before, and did she have a daughter, perhaps born in 1942, named Shirley?
Long shot. Shirley may have attended East Seattle School, grade seven, class of 1960.
Absolutely! If Stan is in this pic at all, he is at the far right. I don’t have photoshop so I have to make do, but the way I see it, the guy on the end is standing next to o, then the guy in the black shirt, and then someone else, if there is anyone else, on the end. That is NOT stan’s right arm, and it has a watch on it.
Yes, understanding the purpose would certainly help, but we do not know the source of the image. It has always been identified as a graduation event - suggesting a farewell/departure from Hawaii.
I suppose all it is useful for is to test our powers of observation.
You can see the image split very clearly here. The "lei" is a photoshoppped clone of the woman's dress pattern. It's cute, but obvious.
And whose freaking neck is that long?
Read a year ago this pic is bogus..but have not seen missing arm..
One of them also said "records", as in plural, as in more than one record. A bc is a single record.
Now, whether she meant there are amendments (plural) to his original bc record (singular), COLB (again, no need for the plural "s"), or if there were various post-it notes stuck here and there around the health dept., the archives (births are NOT kept in the archives), the divorce section of the county clerk, the sealed adoption record in the district court, or in the back storeroom at the dog catcher's then it's anyone's guess.
The site talks about a request for bc issued from 1911 to 1972, however these don't seem as if they would cover six decades. It appears to cover only a year because there are so few children born with those last names. If it covered six decades, then it would have mulitple entries of kids, grandkids, and greatgrand kids and various siblings and cousins with the same last names. Does anyone know what year or years they cover?

“Frank Marshall Davis (1905-1987) was a black poet and writer (he wrote for the Honolulu Record, a Communist newspaper)”
Apparently, the last issue of the Honolulu Records was Volume 10, No. 49 July 3, 1958 which is before the Dunhams and Sr. arrived in Hawaii but has anyone searched it for them? The online search of it isn’t getting me anywhere. Also, did Davis write for any publication after that?

Just thought this was interesting knowing that words are similar in various languages... Honolulu Record glossary - ‘ohana:
Hawaiian term for the extended family.
Yes, the judge will request the bc be changed at the state and county levels and the clerks are to replace the old info with the new info on the bc itself and the birth index. Whenever there is a request for the bc under the original name, it won't be found. It will only be found under the new info. However, that said, take it from someone who has been on all sides of the issue that... well, let's just say I'm holding a couple cards back in case the usurper tries to pull another fast one.
Those were the good “old” days. IIRC the Jews were involved in the the shipping operation. Normally when speaking about the crew in this respect, I normally refer that to the deck and engine hands, the galley people but not the Captain!!!
thanks, I agree, so the lei are there to conceal that the girl has her arm around the person with the fake lei, and also to conceal where the head of the kenyan has been added.
There's more to see each time one looks, it continues to be used as a graduation/farewell image, I wanted to dispel that once and for all.

I believe it was the Post & e-mail website that requested and obtained the index. I glanced through the article again, but can’t find where it explicitly identifies the period the index relates to.
Sure doesn’t look like any flowers in HI with which I am very, very familiar.

JUST TYPE FRANK MARSHALL DAVIS IN CAPITAL LETTERS INTO SEARCH AND PRESS ‘GO’
EXCERPT:
In 1948, Davis and his wife moved to Hawaii. According to Davis’s autobiography, he was recommended by secret Communist Party USA members Paul Robeson and Harry Bridges of the International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union. Bridges, who Davis met at the Abraham Lincoln School, recommended that he contact Koji Ariyoshi, editor of the Honolulu Record.[10] Robeson had been in Hawaii the previous year for a concert organized by the communist controlled ILWU.[1]
Ariyoshi was one of the leaders of the Communist Party USA in Hawaii. His newspaper was subsidized by Bridges’ ILWU. In 1949, ILWU was expelled from the CIO because of its communist domination. The FBI files reveal that the first contact Davis made in Hawaii was not Ariyoshi but Jack Hall, the ILWU regional director, also an official of the Communist Party of Hawaii.
An FBI confidential informant reported that on July 18, 1948, the California State Convention of the Communist Party USA heard a report from Dwight James Freeman, who was being sent by the Party on the mainland to take over the Communist Party of Hawaii.
Honolulu Record
Freeman reported that the Communist Party in Hawaii planned to publish a new weekly newspaper. The first issue of the Honolulu Record was published on August 8, 1948 with Koji Ariyoshi as Editor. Davis, soon after his arrival, became a columnist for the paper.
When Davis became a columnist for the Honolulu Record, the newspaper was just beginning to document the imminent strike of the ILWU and the subsequent breaking up of the monopolistic power of the Big Five over the various immigrant labor groups, including the Japanese—who were the most powerful and radical— Chinese, Filipinos, and Portuguese.
Or in his own words, “Not long after arriving in Hawaii, I began writing a regular weekly column for the Honolulu Record, supported mainly by the ILWU membership, and was openly friendly with its leadership.”
This was not a career move, since “The Record, of course, was not financially able to add me to its payroll.” But Davis felt an affinity with Koji Ariyoshi and Ed Rohrbough, “who were its editorial mainstays”, and “since the Record was created to provide an alternative perspective to the news, Davis found it to be the medium through which he could critique the socio-political structure of the Territory of Hawai’i and keep in touch with the common people. When Ariyoshi offered him a column, which became known as “Frankly Speaking,” therefore, Davis couldn’t resist”.[11]
Helen Canfield Davis - originally Helen Canfield Peck (1923-1998) was the second wife of Frank Marshall Davis.
Communist Party
Helen Canfield Davis, was a member of the Paul Robeson Club of the Communist Party USA, in Chicago and her 1947 Communist Party USA card number was 62109.
Marriage to Frank Marshall Davis
Davis and Canfield with first child, HawaiiDavis’ wife, Helen Canfield Davis was from Libertyville Illinois. She was white and 18 years younger than Davis. It was money from her trust fund, which came to her in the fall of 1948, which enabled the couple to move Hawaii.[1]
The couple married in 1946 and divorced in 1970.
