Here’s an interesting Ground Report from Hawaii that contains an ingenious theory about Hawaiian Governor Neil Abercrombie’s bizarre backtrack on releasing Obama’s birth certificate.
Remember, Abercrombie promised that once he was elected Governor he would prove Obama’s birth certificate existed because he would march down to the Hall of Records and demand its production from the archives…and he would then hold it aloft in the gentle Hawaiian breeze, high above his balding pate, for all the world to see, thereby producing the document Obama has spent millions to keep hidden.

He probably couldn’t get one in the US; if he did not have an original bc. If he was born in the US; but had no bc; he would have had to have a witness at the time of birth state so in order to get a passport.
The “travel ban on Pakistan” is an urban legend. The US State Department had merely issued a travel advisory warning Americans to be careful while traveling in that country.
Thanks for the ping melancholy. It seems to me that no matter what position a person takes if they don’t agree that the people of this country shouldn’t rise up and demand answers they should be considered complicit in fraud cover-up.
It could have been on an Indonesian passport; however, IF... if all that missing time at Columbia actually represents his recruitment as a CIA operative, they could have set him up with documents from any country — as I’ve read in years past here on FR, that BHO traveled to both Afghanistan and to PahhhhhKEEstan.
There you go. British or Indonesian would support traveling as a foreign "student" on a foreign passport.
In my post about his education records, I mentioned "other records," one of which would be passport/traveling records!
You gotta remember that Quarels Harris lost his life over digging in the passport records of Hillary, McCain (yeah, right!) and 0b0z0! A sniper’s shot in the head one night in DC, still unsolved murder without a peep, of course!

Just remember, Mexican laws may well suggest that polygamy is prohibited, that that's just for the hidalgos ~ for the Indos, whatever those people want to do is OK. I guess the Mormons thought they'd be left alone. Then they returned!

I know quite a few people who were relieved that Obama won the Democrat nomination because they thought a black man could never win the General election. That it was in the bag for McCain.
June of 2008, Obamas BC was in the news. McCain buried it to keep his buried, and to appear “Big” by allowing the black man to stay in the race.
McCain was Obamas ticket to the Whitehouse. The perfect storm. McCain makes me sick.

If the certificate of record reflects an adoptive situation, then under Indonesian law, Soetero is an Indonesian citizen. Ind. does not recognize dual citizenship and a child would have no legal standing especially from that era.
As much as folks want to dismiss this potential fact, Soetero may actually be an illegal alien if he never claimed his American citizenship back at his adult age.
This could have been done if he registered for the draft.
He would not need to register for the draft if he was an Indonesian citizen. As a foreign college student ...again the college would not require he be registered, nor question it.
This all now becomes a question of “true loyalty of oath.”
There were SEVERAL clerks who accessed those State department records. None of them have been murdered yet. They were FIRED, not FIRED UPON!

These people should spend more time over here on the threads at FR so as not to waste their efforts rehashing already debunked theories on the eligibility issue. On the other hand it shows that Hitlery supporters have been transitioning from PUMA’s to engaged activists against all things Obama.
IF he had an original birth certificate (doubtful) then it would be amended to reflect the name change. But here's the thing...under Hawaii state law it would have to have "Amended" stamped in big letters for all to see.
But I don't think there was an original. Where ever he was born I think they took advantage of Hawaii's rather liberal laws at the time and wanted Obama to have US citizenship so they claimed he was born in Hawaii and provided apparently sufficient "evidence" of this and thus the state of Hawaii has deemed that he was born in Hawaii in spite of there being no birth certificate.
