Yes, I think you are correct.

The DemonRATS got the courts to legislate new rules just for them.

Rest assured, if this ruling ever favors a Republican, the DemonRATS will get it overturned. Guaranteed.

I'm afraid it's a LOT worse than that: SCOTUS agreed with the State Supremes! It's now the law of all 57 states.
