Judges rule cross at Calif. park unconstitutional

SAN DIEGO (AP) -- A federal appeals court has ruled that a San Diego war memorial cross in a public park is unconstitutional.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals issued the 3-0 decision Tuesday in a two-decade dispute over the cross at Mount Soledad.

Our Nation founded upon Christian principles with much acknowledgement of said principles in our Declaration, our Constitution, and the basis for the vast majority of our early laws, and to this day remains at least 86% Christian, and with arms spread to welcome all to our society regardless of religious perspectives cannot have a cross expressing our Christian faith in remembrance of our fallen hero’s because of some personal letter of I believe it was Thomas Jefferson’s misinterpreted, probably deliberately by some Leftist Judge of yore.

It’s beyond time to settle the matter.
