Yes...it is. Occam’s Razor would dictate that the simplest theory is the right one. Why would someone spend $2M to keep something concealed that would cost about $20 to make public? The simplest answer is that he has something awfully big to hide.

You’re choosing to assume that William Blackstone was wrong in his understanding of the common law of England and that James Madison was wrong in his understanding of the wording of the Constitution of the United States. Even aside from the fact that the Constitution makes Congress the judge of presidential elections, no court is going to agree with you.
Unless, of course, their goal is to destabilize the rule-of-law/supremacy-of-the-Constitution-as-law.
I imagine that is the reason we were presented with McCain and Obama: if McCain were to win then these people would cry that the requirement for being an NBC is irrelevant because he was not born inside the US. {The Congressional resolution declaring McCain to be an NBC is/was a very dangerous and unwise move IMO because it makes/enforces the idea that the Congress can alter Constitutional definitions as with the Commerce Clause [though they had help via the Judiciary there].} An Obama presidency could provide an even greater assault on the Constitutional requirements ESPECIALLY if he were born in Kenya in addition to having a British-subject for a father.
The Constitution is a Clear and Present Danger to ANY One World Governance type [insofar as the US is concerned] precisely because if it is the Supreme Law of the US then ALL Global Law is AT MOST secondary.
My guess is that he has seen the vital record and realizes, that since it records Obama as a born at home baby with no doctor witness and since that fact was never reported, it will be impossible to prove that he was actually born in the USA and it will only serve to fuel the fire even more and create cause for some very uncomfortable questions to Obama and his family regarding the truth about his birth.... No witness no birth his mother very easily could have been in Kenya visiting with her husbands family and got stuck there unable to fly back because of her pregnancy, Obama subsequently born in Kenya and brought back to Hawaii a week or two later the grandparents and mother figured it would be in best interest just to go to the registrar and register him as a born at home baby at which point he received a COLB which is all he has subsequent newspaper reports that there was a birth but no hospital and no doctor have ever been confirmed...
It’s okay, whenever his birth certificate problem flares up, Obama’s good about getting back to Oahu as fast as possible to make sure people remember who’s got their number should they slip up.
