So Rendell thinks the USA is now a nation of "Wusses." Well, if true, the Wuss-in-Chief has led us there....

He's mad because the Eagles' game was called for 3" of snow on Sunday LOL

Rendell is an idiot. Thankfully, he will be out of office next month.

The “wussification” started long before Obama was elected.

It started about 30 years ago and I find it astonishing.

Rendell is right. We’ve become a nation of “Wusses.”

Should have played the game in Buffalo.

That said, I'm predicting Wednesday night football will be a smashing success and Rendel will claim it was his plan. You know, he and Pete Rosell used to discuss it 15 years ago. . .

I'm thinking we should have played that game down in Philadelphia last night. The fact that the game was postponed is a very ominous sign that America is on the decline. Listen, Philadelphia only had a foot of snow (12.4 inches to be exact). This just does not merit the postponing of a NFL game.

Hundreds of thousands of good Americans here in the Northeast are in mortal shock over this postponement. I am one of them and we thing that is is only fitting that the Philadelphia Eagles change their uniforms to dresses and high heels because they are nothing but a bunch of sissies who are afraid of playing in a little bit of snow.

Now I know what the rest of you are going to say, that the mayor of Philadelphia is to blame. But no, I am not going to buy that because if the Eagles truly wanted to play last night, they would have. But they decided to wait a couple more days because they are deathly afraid of the Minnesota Vikings and snow.

Rendell added. "If this was in China do you think the Chinese would have called off the game? People would have been forced to marching down to the stadium, they would have walked marched, at gun point if necessary, and they would have been doing calculus given free, forced abortions on the way down."

Fixed it, Comrade Rendell. Thank you for your service to The Cause.

Being compared to The Chinese is so...liberating. I'm a die-hard football fan, who's sat in the stands through all sorts of weather. The only time weather spoiled the fun was when the hail got big enough it started to hurt. The Chinese, though, aren't infested with packs of John Edwards' seeking to sue the pants off anyone who might possibly have made a decision that may have, in some small way, perhaps had a slight impact in maybe causing a less than ideal situation happen such that someone could have become injured. How 'bout, Comrade Rendell, if you work on the lawyer situation and help us all out?

When you’re right, you’re right. That’s exactly, word for word, what I said to my husband when I heard they cancelled the game. We are a nation of wusses.

Was Rendell gonna go sit his big ass in a snow-covered seat to watch the game? Probably not......what a wuss! :)

>> Ed Rendell: “ We’ve become a Nation of Wusses “

Pathetic bravado and anecdote considering the legislative maneuvering the control freaks devised to tie the Country’s hands stripping away not only Liberties by ordinary fun!

In fairness to the young, we’re not a “Nation of Wusses”, but only a Nation governed by wuss makers.

For once, I agree with Rendell.

He tells it like it is. First of all, they still could have played the game, and televised it. Why not? Money from ticket and concession sales.

They could have just postponed it one day. Why not? Money from TV.

Eagles fans are upset because they have to play two games 5 days apart.
