If that’s the case they Barney should have to give up grandmother’s hutch, his mother’s hand-made quilt, and any other items he may have “inherited” after their death. The inheritance tax is pure evil. That being said, does anyone know offhand when it was established? Was it part of the original income tax of 1913, or was it added later?
