Opinion: 'Don't Ask/Don't Tell' Repeal is Not a 'Civil Rights' Breakthrough
Catholic Online ^ | 12/19/10 | Keith A Fournier

On Saturday, December 18, 2019, the United States Senate voted 65-31 to pass legislation lifting the current policy in the United States Military referred to as "Don't Ask, Don't Tell".

...In what is presented as a "civil rights" breakthrough, service men and women with same sex attraction will soon be able to openly declare that acting on those sexual desires identifies who they are as persons. In addition, everybody in the military service must accept it and welcome it. They will also be able to openly express those desires in the pattern of their lives as members of the armed forces. Of course, there will be some limits as there are on heterosexual sexual practices.

The strategic activists committed to the homosexual equivalency movement - which seeks to enforce a societal acceptance of homosexual, bi-sexual and lesbian sexual relationships as morally equivalent to opposite sex marriage - have succeeded on one more front in their agenda.

I don’t care if homosexuality is learned or genetic or a combination of both.

Yes, and in fact its irrelevant as far as the law goes, since whether it's learned or genetic, society only experiences a person's homosexuality through their behavior. This is different than a person's race which is a property of their body. What's so galling is that laws are being written as though this distinction doesn't exist.

With this vote, this country has stated an unambiguous rejection of God.

The senate vote wasn't even close. That by itself is disturbing.

These things have consequences. I pray mercy for the remnant who remain faithful, that God will keep his hand on us and see us through what is coming.

Now all the unintended (and intended) consequences will come out ...
There will also be a huge increase in lawsuits for all kinds of "discrimination" such as promotions, assignments within a command, duty stations, off-base activities, etc., etc., etc.

Time for AMERICA to stand up and shun the deviants.

Do sell them anything when they come into your place of business.
Just point to the right to refuse service to anyone sign.

If you are too short or too tall you can't serve in the military.

What about their civil rights?

OK, lets see who has the nerve to stand up, today and tomorrow and going forward, and denounce what has happened.

I see this as a kind of litmus test. If all the Repubs decide to stand quiet, then none of them are worthy of high office.

I don’t watch TV news. Have any of them spoken up? Are they all looking to see which way the wind blows? Or have they all decided to just let it go without comment?

The military separates males and females to prevent sexual interaction. There is no way to separate homosexuals, however unwanted sexual abuse, harassment, and the discomfort of being forced to witness sexual interaction in a barracks situation is bound to be a problem.

We have already been hearing stories of straight women being sexually harassed and threatened by lesbians in their barracks, and the refusal of the CO to monitor the situation because the problems regarding DADT.

Now that DADT is not a factor, will the gays be prosecuted for sexual harassment, abuse,or bullying the way a man who threatened rape would be? (That was what happened in one report. A lesbian in her unit was bullying her and threatened to rape her if she reported it)

They’ll pull the pink card now when there is real work and fight to do. And they’ll want the best hetero boyz for themselves as a Quid Pro Quo prize to boot.

Gay officers, Jag and NCOs are going to boost each other and abuse rank to get some a$$ time.

I say we all pull the ENOUGH card and get out of this crap.

Obviously some have love in the wrong places.

>>DADT WAS A MEANS USED BY CLINTON AND CONGRESS TO ALLOW CLOSET GAYS TO SERVE AND NOT TO PRECLUDE THEIR SERVING. <<

DADT was the initial steps to get queers into the military so they could then announce today that they were welcome.

May 24, 2010 – SPECIAL REPORT from WAYNE MADSEN.

Obama and Emanuel: Members of same gay bath house in Chicago

President Obama and his chief of staff Rahm Emanuel are lifetime members of the same gay bath house in uptown Chicago, according to informed sources in Chicago’s gay community, as well as veteran political sources in the city.

The bath house, Man’s Country, caters to older white men and it has been in business for some 30 years and is known as one of uptown Chicago’s “grand old bathhouses.” WMR was told by sources who are familiar with the bath house that it provides one-year “lifetime” memberships to paying customers and that the club’s computerized files and pre-computer paper files, include membership information for both Obama and Emanuel. The data is as anonymized as possible for confidentiality purposes. However, sources close to “Man’s Country” believe the U.S. Secret Service has purged the computer and filing cabinet files of the membership data on Obama and Emanuel.

Members of Man’s Country are also issued club identification cards. WMR learned that Obama and Emanuel possessed the ID cards, which were required for entry.

The Media people are afraid to lose their over paid cushy
jobs. There are probably plenty of gay bosses in the media.
The GOP has thrown the Democrack Party a bone for the Holidays. It is Obama’s way of saying “Happy Holidays”. “I have decided to make the gay lifestyle normal.”

THe army considers every enlisted as little mama’s boy f@gs once entering Basic Training, so as to allow the real men to stand and the not so real ones to learn and boot the rest out.

Now, the “gay right” pink card protest is going to be pulled.

It’s going to cost billions of as an ineffective military turned into another giant welfare program.

Isn’t it enough they get free welfare and AIDS care? The army is going to pay through the nose in terms of health treatment and blood precaution alone. Ridiculous.

Get the gays out.

The series Spartakus shows how the gays in the slave revolt are either getting the shaft or creating so much hardship and trouble that revolt occures via attritioning for their little games.

Welcome to the revolution, folkes.

There will be blood and the army is going to fall appart.

I really think that passing this is going to be one of those things that the left is going to regret. It’s going to be a matter of being careful what you ask for, maybe not for gay men, but definitely for the lesbians.

We have been hearing reports of lesbian bullying, threats of rape, women waking up with their lesbian tormentor standing over them, touching them, etc. and the refusal of COs to do anything about it because the problems with DADT. Now that DADT is no more, the women and their complaints will not be silenced.

Problems will be documented with pictures and tapes and if the COs continue to ignore the problems, there is always Wiki-leaks.
