Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin apologized today for forcing the Army to court-martial him over his attempt to compel President Barack Obama to prove his constitutional eligibility to serve as commander-in-chief.

Is there not ONE judge in this land of rampaging judicial activists with the testicular heft to demand Obama prove himself eligible?

You’d think that they way judges love meddling in things, there would be at least ONE who would love the notoriety. But... I guess that kind of fun is only FUN if doesn’t effect someone personally. Ram gay rights down a state’s throat, cut off water and turn productive farms into dustbowls...

NO PROBLEM!!!

Something like this where Obama’s minions are liable to come down on them PERSONALLY???

Nope.

I hope regardless of the sentence, that he appeals, because I am sure that is what the deal is. “Be a good boy and say you’re sorry and we might not whack your ass into the slammer until you die of old age.”

No one is allowed to question the king.

In January, Speaker Boehner will have the power to subpoena any documents needed to resolve these issues.

The question is, will he do it?

America should be ashamed that LTC Lakin was flushed down the toilet while a lying cheating political party put a two dimensional fraud in the White House and the military participated yech! so mortifying.

Well stated.

We hung him out to dry - well, especially his feckless military brethren.

I am constantly amazed at how many people will go out on fool’s errands. No matter one’s belief, passion, or desire, Obama is not going to be removed from office for his birth certificate. All energy spent pursuing this is counter-productive as it will not succeed and only casts conservatives in a bad light.

Chances are right up there with "monkeys flying out of my butt", and "supersonic, laser-armed, flying pigs".

Boehner does not look like he has the strength of spine to go anywhere NEAR that question.

Why not try and use reasoning, logic, and example for your argument rather than absurd conjecture!

I'd be shocked. Already he's got many of us questioning his set (or lack thereof.)

If Boehner doesn't flash some manhood fairly soon into his speakership, he'd better begin buy his Kleenex wholesale because we are NOT going to be very patient.

I disagree. He had every reasonable right to believe that he would be allowed discovery and that it would have set the record straight, for once and for all, about Obama’s eligibility. Something that remains, unfortunately, unclear. He is, and will always be, a hero.

Exactly - they denied him due process, his own attorney turned on him and he was told he would be completely destroyed for political reasons alone unless he accepted their "plea bargain." In other words, he was railroaded.

And now, ignoring all of those ILLEGAL realities, the shills circle him with insults and contempt, pretending to spit from the moral high ground.

It's disgusting.

And the Obama Rules of Engagement that are resulting in massively increased US casualties remains intact, while ex-military blowhards pontificate about Lakin being out of line as a MILITARY DOCTOR. Of course, HE was the one who would have had to try to fix their bloody bodies, not these keyboard kommandos.

The way I see it, he's only apologizing for the way he went about it, but he is not admitting that he was wrong about obama.

I think he's a hero for falling on the "barack-granade" in an attempt to save lives of those who have to serve under a CinC that is highly suspect on eligibility.

But the regime has accomplished what they wanted - now all of the military guys will be good little soldiers and do the will of the kenyan without question.

Does this mean that he's frightened them to the point where they can be ordered to take up arms against Americans, on American soil? Time will tell.

The corrupt Democrat Party does not care what the Constitution says nor the rule of law. Their man is the law as far as they are concerned. Every member of Congress knew when the vote for the resolution making McCain eligible but ignoring Obama was made that the Constitution had been thrown overboard. Claire McCaskill did that. Hillary thought she had the nomination sewed up, so she did not expose Obama, who was on the Judiciary Committee with her and McCaskill.

are we stuck with the crybaby?
Really?

He’s going to be a laughingstock before he even becomes the official speaker.

There’s gotta be a way around that?

I’m already at the point where I can’t even watch him. Makes me too nervous.

Lakin is a hero who would willingly give his all for a worthy cause. He will spend some time as a political prisoner of the alleged president, and then he will be rewarded handsomely. A patriotic American will see to that.

Do you understand the stretch of what you are saying??? For this to be true, we would have to have a conspiracy that started over 40 years ago. And that there are many people participating in this conspiracy and public officials after the fact will need to do the same thing.

Assume for an instance that you are correct and that Obama was not born in Hawaii. Wouldn’t it be much simpler to manufacture a long form birth certificate rather than having to have a ‘vast’ conspiracy???

This line of reasoning just cannot hold up to any scrutiny.

Obama is proving to be the worst president in the modern era and will not see a second term. Why not focus your energy on removing him from office through campaign activism rather than chasing implausible theories that will never pan out.

We will never give this up.

Period and those who wish it would go away will see this come to fruition when those who demanded the truth AS WE HAVE A RIGHT TO DO get satisfaction.

Kapish?

Lakin made some terrible assumptions that shock and sadden many who just want to know the truth behind Obama’s obfuscations. The media is to blame for not repeatedly asking for his bonafides. I feel bad for Terrance, his wife, children and family.

“Our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor” was once pledged. Today we are afraid of looking stupid and doing a little jail time. If we weren’t all a bunch of pussies, we would refuse to pay our income taxes. Shut this G-D Federal Reserve down before we find out the meaning of trouble. . . . but no, too comfortable in my chair....as are all of you. We can always find a reason to go along, this man didn’t. He is the very definition of hero. Heroes do not always win.
