In January, Speaker Boehner will have the power to subpoena any documents needed to resolve these issues.

Chances are right up there with "monkeys flying out of my butt", and "supersonic, laser-armed, flying pigs".
Boehner does not look like he has the strength of spine to go anywhere NEAR that question.
