"Based on the evidence available, his conviction is certain," Puckett told WND. "He has no affirmative defense for the offenses he committed."
"There is not much left to do" in defense of his client, Puckett said. Lakin's previous defense counsel, Paul Jensen, already "sought discovery of documents, and to introduce evidence and expert witnesses, but the judge shut down all those efforts."

"LTC Lakin asked many people to answer his questions about his misgivings about the legitimacy of the president, even the White House. He had a question that a lot of Americans have, a question that hasn't been answered by the legislative branch or by the judicial branch..

"We have to proceed without the documents, evidence and witnesses that have been denied to the defense. LTC Lakin is left to speak for himself and defend himself. It's up to him whether he wants to testify in his own defense, said Puckett.
Puckett would not reveal Lakin's decision, or any other details of his defense plans. He predicted that Lakin would end up, at worst, convicted of two violations of orders, be dismissed from the service, and spend a year in confinement.
Once guilt or innocence has been determined by his jurors, the trial will move to a presentencing hearing, when Lakin will have an unfettered opportunity to introduce mitigating evidence that might justify his disobedience in spite of Judge Lind's limitations on the scope of the trial.
"If he were to be convicted, he would have an open microphone to talk to the panel of jurors," said Puckett. "

Why does his attorney sound so useless?
What will happen next? I’ve read on other threads that once he’s shafted in this “trial”, appeals happen automatically and more quickly than in civilian courts.
Any elucidations welcome.
He can do as General Billy Mitchell by using his court martial as a forum to help expose Obama and the illegality of this trial.

That sure sounds like what his older brother, a Dr. as well, plans on doing...quiting his full time practice to advocate for “America’s newest political prisoner.”
I guess the only way Lakin could possibly be found not guilty is if evidence was presented that shows Obama was in fact ineligible for POTUS. If Obama shows ‘Natural Born’ evidence, would that not guarantee a conviction?

IMO Mr.Lakins biggest error was putting his trust in the
Military —especially one led by YES men like Gates and Mullen.

It is quite obvious that Obama is not a natural born citizen and not eligible to be President.
If the Army was so sure that Obama is natural born....they would have allowed Lakin to get the evidence...and used such evidence to seal an easy C-M conviction
There is an appellate process, so lets hope that the appellate judges have a little more backbone.
Obama will fall from grace, he will be exposed as an usurper.
I have faith that when this happens Lakin will be an American hero, a man that stood proudly and bravely while others hid and cowered from justice, flawed and corrupt justice that failed to uphold their oaths of office.
Obama needs to be arrested, tried for treason and brought to justice.

Perfect description. Never in my life would I think the USA would have political prisoners. But Obama changed that.
Well duh. He disobeyed the lawful orders of three superior officers. The evidence is overwhelming.
